Dr. Ralph’s Automotive Service Center is a family owned business that makes you feel like you are part of the family. From the minute the car was dropped off until the time it was picked up we didn’t have to worry about a thing.

Took a couple cars here to get work done. But last time my car was returned with a couple new scratches on the hood, grease marks on the seats and on the outside of the car. I thought they do quality work as they're pretty overpriced (lots of markup on parts & high shop rates.) I will never go back and would not recommend.

This place is awesome. Family owned and run. Everyone there is super helpful. I have unfortunately had to use them multiple time. I say unfortunately because of my bad luck with having cars in the city. I once had my car broken into and vandalized, then had an accident... then the third time my parked car was hit by a truck. Each time their team HANDLED EVERYTHING!!! They got the insurance adjusters out there, did ALL the paperwork, and got my cars all back to mint condition. I cannot express enough how great their customer service is. If only every place was this thoughtful. They really take

This is the second time that I take my car to Dr Ralph's for repairs after an accident, and words simply cannot describe how satisfied I've been with the service level that I've received. In short words SIMPLY AMAZING, not only are they very courteous, but they know what they're doing, if you're looking for a great place that is going to take care of your car and make sure that it looks amazing when it's done, this is definitely the place for it. I will definitely continue business with Dr Ralph's.

I was hit from behind in stopped turnpike traffic, I was fine but got damage to the bumper and car itself. I took my car in as scheduled, I thought it might take a few weeks to fix. When I got a call that my car was done I was happily surprised.
They were fabulous to deal with and my car seriously looks brand new!!!

In addition to the repairs in my quote, they repaired the rocker panels on both sides that were falling off of my car at no charge to me. My car was completely detailed inside and out! If you could see how filthy it was when I dropped it off after a week camping trip and the mounds of dog hair inside, you'd be excited too! They also polished my yellowed, aging headlights back to new!

I'll definitely be taking my car here from now on. When I had my oil changed at Midas, they told me that I also needed the breaks and rotors replaced. I decided to hold off since I had just had them replaced less than a year prior but I still assumed I would need to address them at some point.

I am still blown away by how quickly Dr. Ralph's did my body work and what an amazing job they did. Besides the high speed and quality of the work, everyone there was a real pleasure to deal with - extremely laid back, friendly and knowledgeable. I'm definitely not looking forward to having more issues with my car but, If I do, I look forward to taking it back to Dr. Ralph's.

Best Auto Body Shop experience ever! They are pleasant, accommodating and make the entire process easy. It's a family business and they seem to take pride in the way the run the business. They delivered the car in 4 days as promised - and the work looked perfect. I was very impressed how professionally managed Dr. Ralph's is. Hopefully we will not have to use them again for a while, but if we do - we will not hesitate to have Dr. Ralph's do the repairs.
