Beautiful place to stay. They have a well kept heated pool, Jacuzzi, garden, and Picnic tables. Best if you are staying as a couple and not in a group as the restrooms are sliding doors that don't have locks.

No reservations on a weekend and just pulled up to the office . The staff is fantastic and helpful. The room is very nice, great breakfast buffet included. The hotel grounds back up to river and pool looks nice. Parking is easy and no problem finding a space.

I recently visited for a business training. The room appeared clean and modernized, however; I had to ask for maintenance to fix the sink because it was clogged upon arrival.
Breakfast was great! The staff were very friendly, even though it took them a while to verify my room.
The major issue I wanted to report was possible bed bugs in room #221. I stayed in that room for 3 days (11/10/21-11/12/21) and as I arrived home I felt bite marks on my legs, which appeared as 3 marks in a line and were very itchy. I noticed three more markings on my back the following day. I reported this to staff members

The outdoor areas are great. Beds really comfy. Water pressure was good. Breakfast was decent. Front desk gals are friendly. Only complaint is that walls are very thin and you can hear conversations clearly in other rooms.

I was very thankful to be able to visit Fredericksburg and stay at this Inn. Very nice accommodations, friendly people, and center to most places we wanted to visit. The complimentary 6 to 10 AM continental breakfast was great with a good variety of choices for all guests. My visit was based on work but the main street walk and tour bus excursion gave me a sense of connection to the community. The Inn had a perfect meeting room for our group. I would certainly stay again if I had the chance to visit for any reason. The reason for the four rating versus a five is the challenge all older buildings

When you visit Fredericksburg, you need to stay at the Fredericksburg Inn! The staff is amazing. The rooms are spacious and clean, pool is great to relax by.
I have one life changing story - Kelli is amazing! My rental car got a flat tire, and I almost missed my flight. She was able to drive me to the airport in a pinch, and I made it with twenty minutes to spare. Kelli and the rest of the Fredericksburg Inn staff truly go above and beyond to ensure they provide the highest quality stay. You will get more than a room, you will have the assurance lodging will be top quality if you book here!

Most of our wedding party stayed here last weekend for my son & daughter-in-law's wedding. We had a wonderful time and loved winding down in the swimming pool in the evening. The morning breakfast was delightful with hot coffee and fresh scrambled eggs. The Barons Creek Conference Center was perfect for the rehearsal dinner as Kelli and her team made sure we had a great event! Thank you FI&S for a wonderful weekend! Looking forward to returning soon for a relaxing weekend in Fredericksburg!

Let’s start off by saying the staff is absolutely wonderful! They are some of the sweetest staff, and are willing to accommodate your needs. The grounds of the property is very well taken care of. The pool and all the out door seating is a plus.
At night they light a fire and a gas fire pit for their guests to sit around….in the morning there’s free breakfast that’s included with your stay! Overall amazing experience

I hate to give away a secret, but this is a wonderful getaway spot. The grounds are immaculate (Thank you Jorge and team) Lots of semi private seating areas to sit around an outdoor fire (x3) with your crew or chat with new friendly folks, beautiful trees and gardens. Beautiful pools and fountains. Nice lobby and breakfast. A true Oasis.
We live nearby in Horseshoe Bay and this will be our home base when we visit Fredricksburg. A short two block walk to Main Street.
All of the desk staff were very nice. (especially Bettina!) You can tell the rooms were all updated and recently remodeled.
