Love love love this office! I have been with Dr. Dahlen and Team since mid-2013. They have taken care of me through all sorts of mouth drama. Their hygienists are top notch and the facilities are immaculate. They even have nice bathrooms! They give cash discounts and even have a special little fan for me to use during my cleaning. Hot flashes begone!

My experience was delightful and amazing; now who says that about a dental visit??? Everyone made me feel completely welcome and comfortable! I loved Dr. Erick (hope I spelled that right)! He was friendly but professional and he really listened and heard me when I told him My Dental Experiences in the past. He told me what he thought I needed treatment wise and I told him what I could or could not have done because of personal out of pocket expenses. These are hard times and I am a Senior. Medicare does not believe Seniors need hearing aides, glasses or teeth and will not pay for them at all. So

"THE BEST DENTIST EVER" I have been a patient at Padden Dental for almost 10 years. At my initial visit I explained that I had a phoebe about having a rubber dam placed in my mouth and thus had not been to the dentist in about 5 years. Dr. Dahlen walked me through the different techniques that he could use in lieu of a rubber dam. Well 10 years later I have turned 70, have all my teeth and very health gums and my biggest challenge when I go in for treatment is not falling asleep in the chair. Excellent friendly staff. I highly recommend Padden Dental.

Soo par for the course of my life nothing is simple. Tooth pain in molar - exacerbated by my Invisalign. I knew something was infected ( hence the pain). Currently out of state from my home and needed dental care. I called this office yesterday and they were able to see me today. Which was a blessing. They handled paperwork digitally which was easy breezy and my insurance was already on board by the time I arrived today. From the first moment I contacted this office to the moment I left, it has been a positive experience. All the staff is super friendly and made me feel at ease

PSA: Do not use Padden Dental unless you have money you want to throw away lol. Went in for a cleaning, was told I needed a crown in place of a filling I had as a teenager, once that was done I spent the next 3 weeks in tooth ache pain and after two visits for them to fix the issue, I was told I needed a root canal and that the money I paid will not go towards the now needed service that I didn't need when I went in originally for a simple cleaning. Dr. Dahlen has been my dentist since moved to Vancouver almost 7 years ago. Sad to say, I've needed a lot of help with my teeth in that time, but Dr. Dahlen has made each experience as pleasant as possible. He has a very calming chair side manner and is very concerned that you can communicate your needs at any time through the process. Very kind and knowledgeable staff as well. Would highly recommend!

I went to Cascade Dental on the 1st of December for my very first time. I came in with a cracked tooth on the side of my mouth. I was hoping to get not only answers on how to fix my tooth problem, but I wanted an overall examination of my teeth as a whole.
The Dental Assistance in the back are all very young and lack experience. That was a red flag. I loved my first visit to Cascade Dental on Padden Parkway. Such a friendly staff! I loved the attention and friendly smiles from the beginning to the end of my appointment. I took my husband in for an extensive appointment yesterday with Dr Dahlen and he was very nervous for the appointment. Afterwards, he commented on how easy the whole thing was and he was SUPER impressed overall. I also took my daughter in for a surgery with Dr Dahlen recently and she too was a little nervous but afterwards was so happy with how easy everything was. The billing department is the worst I have ever dealt with. They said everything was fine and then sent a bill seven months later. I called and they just said "sorry". They really do not know how to bill properly and cannot keep billing correct. I will not go back there and would suggest others avoid this dental group also.

This facility is top notch, the staff is friendly & professional, and all paperwork is completed electronically. Dr. Eric was friendly, skilled & very easy to talk to. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful & professional. To top it off they are currently offering a comprehensive exam & X-rays for $39.00. I highly recommend Cascade Dental.

This is a great practice with good people and Dr. Dahlen is a dentist on top of his profession. Real nice guy too! I was new to Clark County and referred to Cascade Dental at this office (they have several offices). Good referral. I was pleasantly surprised I could get treated for almost any issue on the spot, same appointment. I also appreciate he explains the treatment and tells you what he is doing as he works. I've had exams, fillings, even a root canal done the same visit. No delay. Most of his services are in-office. No wasting time or added pain to arrange several treatments

Dr. Dahlen and his staff gave me the best cleaning of my life. Although I am prone to hyperbole, this office is well run and staffed by excellent people. Warm and friendly and oh so efficient, I can't wait to go back in six months' time. Oh wait...maybe only to say hi. Seriously, go here; get your teeth done; love it; rinse and repeat.
