I went in for a regular cleaning. The staff was perfectly friendly and knowledgeable. But - I found their use of headsets - which my hygienist constantly used to speak to the "team" - off-putting. They gave me a high-pressured sales pitch to get Invisalign. They sent me home with an estimate of over $7,000 for suggested dental work and a product for which they charged me $50 (found out later I could buy it online - and from another dentist - for $20). I want my healthcare professionals to make a good living - they've worked hard to get where they are. But I don't want them looking

Visiting Ranieu Family Dental is like having a fabulous spa day for your teeth! They have awesome music playing at all times. My most recent visit earlier this month was painless and the best dental office experience I've ever had in my life. They're extremely gentle when working inside your mouth. My visit consisted of a deep cleaning, fillings, whitening, and Invisalign fitting.

I called them today to tell them I had an emergency with my tooth that was very painful. They told me I could come in and an emergency visit was $250. Once I was there they made me wait an hour before being seen. They then had some technician x-ray my tooth and told me I needed to have it extracted. This was without a dentist even looking at me. I asked to see the dentist since I did pay $250 which they took when I came in. He came and said yeah I needed it extracted and it would be x-number of dollars. Was going to my old dentist for over 20 years I had one cavity during that time. I visited my dentist every 6 months for regular check ups and cleanings. I went to Ranieu a couple years ago, I was told I needed 6 fillings possibly a seventh. During my exam the dentist told me she could easily straighten my teeth with braces on the bottom. I have a very slight overlap on one tooth. No other dentist has ever suggested braces, they have all told me how good my teeth are. Her and her staff were pushing the LED teeth whitening as well. Worst experience ever. New customer. My old dentist retired and didn't notify me. Had emergency. Tooth severely cracked. Can't eat. Called them. They cheerfully told me they could get me in and take care of it today. So I stopped calling other places. (It's Friday). I sit in waiting room for 1 hour. Then they come do X-rays. 5 minute exam with dentists. Tells me what my options are and she will drill out cavity and do crown. I'm very phobic so I've been sweating bullets. Staff at Ranieu Family Dental are friendly and helpful. In my experience, staff attempt to make needed dental work as comfortable and easy as possible, I have never experienced their staff push or sell services that may not be necessary. Rather, treatment options are explained, with honesty about necessary vs optional services.

Dr. Ranola is a great and knowledgeable dentist! She is very patient and takes the time to answer any questions I may have. Her staff is wonderful as well. Everyone is very friendly and provides a warm welcome at every visit. You can tell that they all care about their patients and will do what they can to provide exceptional service. Although I don't live very close it has been (and I am sure will continue to be) worth the drive out to see Dr. Ranola.
