I purchased 6 of the oxygen ozone therapy on Groupon. I called and relayed to Emily the amount I purchased. She set up my six appointments three days apart stating I would receive the most benefits by doing it that way. My first appointment was Oct 22nd and my second was Oct 26th. As soon as I entered the facility for my second appointment Emily began rambling something off about me not being able to use my Groupon because it can only be used by one per person every 60 days and saying it's in the "fine print". We went back and forth and I told her she should have called me before I drove over 30

Yikes. I spent 2 hours after 1 failed attempt at an updo and then had to switch stylists. I was told my hair is too thick multiple times and even said if they couldn't do the style we could do whatever would be easier. I think that's pretty fair considering I was paying for a service and I wasn't getting what I wanted. By the end I looked like my hair was in a pony tail from the front. Not exactly the look I was going for especially for a wedding. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere. I'll add photos to show what I asked for and what I got.

Melanie Tawater should not be allowed to touch anyone’s hair ever . Very unprofessional, it’s unfortunate because my niece had a very unpleasant experience with her . My niece walked out with severe… chemical burn on the back of her neck , Melanie responded saying I hope it doesn’t blister. 4 hours being there Melanie never asked if she was okay, do you need anything, bathroom break, water, ect. My niece being young just accepted this type of service. I feel like Melanie took advantage of a young girl and she should be ashamed of herself. I do not recommend Melanie Tawater

I’ve been going to this salon for almost a year. Absolutely love love love this place. Always reliable, high quality and SUPER clean/hygienic.
After being to sooo many salons here in Texas, I struggled to find a place that does good haircuts. Melanie Tawater (the owner) is THE BEST man – she just gets it. Always cares about her clients and the quality of the work she and her stylists put out. There were days when I had to have emergency hair fixes and she they were always very accommodating.
Hair care is such a critical thing that’s often overlooked, but this place makes it soo easy.

I got haircut appointment at 9:30. When I walked in, my hairdresser was fully equipped and ready for me. She was wearing mask an face shield. Also, she prepared alcohol hand sanitizer. I was feeling safe there.
However, two customers were waiting in the chairs for another hairdresser who did not wear the masks. The salon owner walked in without mask and took the customer to her booster who didnot wear the mask. The owner who was also hairdresser.
Another boosters took the clients. It was Bretty busy in the morning in beauty Salon. However, I saw a few clients did not wear the mask in the salon

I want to start by saying I am only writing this review to get the attention of whoever is in charge here. I NEVER write negative reviews...it actually gives me horrible anxiety to be honest, but I'm pretty upset so here we go. I purchased a Groupon for the sculptpod and purchased a different option simultaneously. The first groupon was inexpensive for a single use and the second was a series, and I paid over $260 for it. Don't ever go to Leah LaRue. She is the most unprofessional "hair stylist" I have ever met. She cut my hair uneven, then rushed my appointment and complained how she was not getting paid enough (for over $150 I was paying). I am so mad at myself for going to this horrible person without reading the reviews about her.

The first time I went I brought pictures of the color I was going for. She seemed to understand, but after almost 3 hours there my hair looked exactly the same as when I walked in! She said the dye just didn't take in my hair. I went back a week later for a redo. This time I left feeling like Cruella DeVille! I had bleached chunks and almost black chunks. No blending! This is a wonderful modern environment! Very upbeat and friendly atmosphere.
I tried a new hairstylist here name is Mindy Gautney! I Cannot say enough wonderful things about her! She is down to earth, personable and it was fun having her do my hair! I wasn’t sure about the highlights and low lights I wanted as far as the color. She definitely knew what she was talking about and I went off her recommendations. My hair turned out perfect and just the way I wanted it. I’m very happy with the results and highly recommend her!!! She rocks!

Leah is awesome and I have been so happy with the work she has done on my hair. Her pride in being a top colorist and making sure she maintains her color and hair education shows in her work. I also love how her schedule allows for various options for appointments. Finally feel like I found a long term stylist for my hair.

I found a good deal for Leah LaRue on Groupon. I emailed to all about availability. Ms.LaRue asked that I pay her directly to avoid her paypal fees, which I agreed to.
I made the appointment for that day,5/20/19. I arrived at the studio and explained that I needed a hair cut and color to apecifically cover gray hair. The appointment time listed on her website indicated the appointment would take 2.5 hours for a cut/color. My appointment began at 12 pm and was completed by 1:15.
Ms.LaRue explained she was using a vegan hair color that washed out in 20-40 washes. I expressed some concern, because

Walked in for a men's hair trim. Had limited time (1 hour). There was no one to greet or explain wait times, so I waited at the front for 10 - 15 minutes until a lady came over and asked what I needed. Leah Larue is the best! I went in wanting a new color and style, and she seem to intuitively know exactly which direction to take me in because I was undecided. Her professionalism is awesome, her consultation with me addressed all my concerns and my new haircut is awesome. I'm so happy With the outcome! I would highly recommend her.

I went in at 9am yesterday morning (Thursday 3/28) as a new client. I explained I hadn't cut or colored my hair in almost a year bc I wanted to give my hair "a break" after bleaching, coloring & having extensions for so long.
I showed an inspiration pic of what I would like (pic #1) asked if it could be done. (Now I know everyone is different & results may vary but something close to that was fine to me & didn't have to be exactly

Horrible place!! I got a groupon for this salon only to find out at checkout that they didn't accept it because it had to be used with a specific hair stylist (the groupon never mentioned this). Apparently I was not the only client that came across the same issue. To make matters worse when I told the manager about the confusion she insisted that I wasn't going to leave without paying..that didn't even cross my mind! Overall the staff was rude and didn't know how to handle the situation in a friendly manner.

Note: This salon, like others, has stylists that work directly for the company, but also have individuals that lease out their space! Be sure you know what you are getting because people who lease charge different than the website!!!

I have gone to Mindy G for years, and love going to see her. She always gets the color and cut right, especially with the blonde hair that I have. She recently did hair for my wedding last month and did a GREAT job! 1 bride, 6 bridesmaids and 2 mothers. Everyone loved their hair and looked beautiful. She paid attention to all of the updos we all wanted, and made us feel beautiful.
I highly recommend Mindy for all hair needs!

I have been coming here for almost 2 years now, and Jen is absolutely the best stylist I've ever had. I can tell her what I want, or just tell her to do whatever she thinks will look good, and it always turns out better than expected. The cut and color is always perfect! She's not only very talented, but incredibly sweet and a great person to talk to. I highly reccomend her and wouldn't think of going to anyone else!
