Anderson Home Inspection, LLC began in the Baltimore, MD area after years of studying. I started the inspection firm to supplement my income as I had a full time job as a police officer. My goal was to do home inspections like no one else and offer the best service. It was expected that I would do around 1 or 2 inspections per week.
Site evaluation and operation of all readily accessible surfaces and components per Florida Home Inspection requirements. Special attention is done to detect fire and safety hazards. Wind Mitigation Survey: An evaluation to determine how the home/structure will withstand a wind-related event. The evaluation may reduce your insurance premium.

Can’t say enough good things about this company! We used Darren for both our pre-purchase inspection on our new construction home, and recently on our 11 month inspection for warranty.

Excellent communicator and very detail oriented. His report included both positive and negative results. The report was shared with my construction manager which was used as an additional punch list. It included several items that I was not aware of that needed to be corrected. Well worth the money.

Beware. Not a good company. Inspected my house. Made a report that did not pertain to the 4point inspection. When he was questioned about the report from my realtor. He said it was one of his employees that did the inspection. So he discarded that one and inspected the house himself. Came back with a new report saying the electrical panel needed to be changed because it was a federal pacific. And it is not. Very bad inspector. I felt like he was just looking for fault to make himself look like he’s doing something. Be very careful and question everything
