Safeguard Home Inspections is proud to provide Lead Dust and Visual Inspections. Lead dust is one of the major liabilities rental property owners face when a home is not certified Lead Free. A lead dust test is required for any rental home built before 1978. The test must be conducted each time the property is rented and/or every 3 years.
Our inspector has been trained by American Home Inspectors Training (AHIT), the leader in home inspection training. Home inspections provide an assessment of the condition of the property at time of inspection.
