It wasn't a bad place to stay for the price which was reasonable 200 for two nights for two people. Service wasn't that friendly just more business-like. The towels had yellow stains on them I had to request new ones and bed was uncomfortable.

Staff was not professional at all and didn’t seem very willing to help. The room was freezing when we got in (it is December…) and the heater didn’t work very well. The room was not quite up to par with cleanliness and the divider strip on the floor from the bathroom to the hall way was ripped off (safety hazard, especially for kids). The beds were like sleeping in a tent in the mountains. Your probably better off sleeping on the floor. No microwave. The coffee pot was some weird boiler thing…. The pool area was not well kept up; the pool was freezing and the hot tub was well, a warm tub

It was hard to find. We needed a 1st floor room because they don't have an elevator. Would like to have a fitness room for an early morning workout but no fitness room. Continental breakfast was grab and go no hot food just pastry and fruit. SoSo

Nice place to stay in Pagosa Springs but the breakfast is slim pickings, so it's best to get breakfast elsewhere.

The room was very nice. It was open, airy, modern, updated, clean. The bedding was new and really comfortable. I would stay here again. Reasonable price as well.

Neat blackout curtain set up that sort of kept most light out. Rooms seemed up to date with modern furnishings but the decor was a bit ugly & old. Big parking lot. Mountain views from parking lot or maybe even some rooms.
Clean rooms. Room & Bathroom were quiet spacious.

In my opinion this is the best hotel in Pagosa Springs for your buck. clean rooms friendly staff and fair prices centrally located. With pool and hot tub. just look for the blue roof on the corner of Piedra and highway 160. Tell them Wayne with 3:16 Remodeling sent you.

Pre booked 3 night stay at a super affordable price. Staff was polite upon check and duration of the stay. Room was clean and quaint. A minimal amount of wear in pool area, but nothing drastic. Kids loved it, and the comfy pillows in the room. Loved that laundry area was available; came in handy! Didn't utilize breakfast dining, but glad it was available if needed. Would happily visit/stay again in the future :)

Does not accept online booking so after driving half way across the country I showed up to a hotel with a closed sign on the door. 1am trying to find a room in a small town.. absolutely garbage. How are you even open.. oh wait your not.. you can sleep in the parking lot though
