James Swan founded Investment Inspection on the premise that he wanted to provide the most professional, precise, and detailed Home Inspection service on Long Island. When James was shopping for homes with his family, he saw there were many home inspection services out there that were sub-par when it came to today's standards.
Sometimes a deal happens quickly or some other situation comes up where you have less than 24 Hours to get your Home Inspection completed, or you risk losing the deal. In the complexity of home buying, things come up and legal issues arise, causing you to "jump through hoops" to get the deal done. That's the reality of Real Estate.
Our highly skilled Building Inspectors thoroughly inspect any and all components of the home's HVAC system. Whether its a forced hot air system, baseboard heater, radiator, or central air conditioner, the inspectors at Investment Inspection, maintain a critical eye when investigating those units. James from Investment Inspection was able to provide a last minute inspection prior to a holiday weekend on a new home purchase without any hesitation. James was there 15 minutes before the appointment and was very thorough throughout the entire process. James was able to answer all questions and concerns prior, during and after the inspection. Investment Inspection's price was good compared to other price quotes I received. I also received my final report in less than a few hours after the inspection. I highly recommend James and Investment Inspection to anyone looking for a good home inspection
