Services
In the state of NJ, a prescription is not required to begin physical therapy, for up to 30 days, before having to refer to an appropriate healthcare provider. Please contact our office for additional questions and further clarification. Please bring your physical therapy prescription (provided by your referring physician) and your payment information.
Advantage Physical Therapy is In-Network with many insurance groups, including Medicare. A courtesy verification of benefits for all patients will be completed by a member of our team to ensure you are aware of coverage and out of pocket costs.
