I have been a yoga instructor/comedian for over 28 years and I am the expert that many yoga instructors seek out to help resolve their injuries and muscle imbalances. My education includes a B.S. in human biology and I worked for years as a chiropractor. Some further influences also include over two decades of practice of Tai Chi and Chi Kung and I am also certified in Chu Meridian Balance.
Welcome to the online schedule page which lists the live-stream classes I teach each week along with class descriptions. You will also find a class calendar which will indicate any class changes and holiday schedules. Please feel free to contact me with questions regarding these group classes. The level of these classes varies and I can help you find a class appropriate for your fitness level and interest.
Currently the classes are donation based. You are welcome to use previously purchased class blocks for attendance. If you like you can purchase class blocks or make a donation to help me keep the business going while we are working through the details of 'social distancing'. For those suffering financial hardship during this time, please feel free to attend classes as my guest.
My class styles are adaptations of Modern Hatha Yoga and reflect the infuences of the recuperative style of training that I have used to help my students successfully resolve the muscular imbalances that reduced their optimal strength and flexibility. I teach various levels in both private and group classes.
