Jerome Massage and Bodywork has a unique approach to your professional bodywork needs. We understand the importance of always taking the time to listen to you and encourage your feedback at all times. Most importantly it is a safe and comfortable environment. Gaining and maintaining your respect and trust is a guiding principle in our practice.
Modalities and styles are listed below for informational purposes. Our therapists will utilize any combination of these styles according to the client's need, preferences and the scheduled amount of time. Since we began our practice in 1993, we have seen few techniques that compare with the transformative changes of myoskeletal release.
Hydration before and after your massage is very important: it helps remove toxins out of the body. In the average session, clients dress down to underwear (no bra). You will be very safely and comfortably draped with a sheet and blanket. However, we are comfortable working with fully clothed clients if that is your comfort level.
The assessment is the way we collect information that you present us. The intake form that you fill out is what guides our initial assessment. The assessment process may only include conversation or may include the use of standard orthopedic assessment that may help reveal the source of your condition.

We went for a couple's massage for our anniversary. They were very accommodating when I made the appointment. Rick and Jeanine gave us both amazing massages. They listened to our concerns, asked us several questions, and tailored a massage to address our areas of concern. They were also able to feel where we may have other concerns. We would strongly recommend if you need a massage, this is the place to go.

I cannot recommend this amazing team enough!! Rick and Jeanine gave my husband and myself the best massages we have ever had (and my husband is a tough customer, it's never a deep enough massage for him). I'm amazed and so very pleased with how we both felt afterward. Their office was small and cozy and quiet, they checked in with us about the pressure and the temperature in the room throughout, they offered us water before and after the massage, and were incredibly professional and thoughtful. Loved every bit of this experience!! You will not regret booking them!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! We decided to extend our trip by a day to enjoy and relax before heading home. It was also the day of our anniversary. We prayed someone would have availability for a couples massage. We called everywhere even here at this place. Nothing. Janine called back and said they had a last minute cancellation and after the massage experience, we couldn’t have been more grateful. I’d say this was the best massage my husband and I have ever received. Their hands and technique are magical!! Rick and Janine have a tranquil, clean setup and their view, amazing!!! Can’t wait to visit

We went for a couples massage this weekend and really enjoyed the experience! Rick and Jeanine are amazing therapists. They focus on areas that need most attention and what a difference post treatment!! Ask about a sideline massage if you want deeper pressure. I definitely plan a trip every visit from Washington. Highly recommend the couples massage!!

These two are fantastic. My boyfriend and I get massages regularly, and no one has even come close to the couples massage we got from Rick and Jeanine. We were running late, and they were so sweet to tell us not to rush and still gave us the full amount of time. I wish I lived in the area, I’d come here regularly to get massages from them.

INCREDIBLE. Rick and his wife are wonderful people and do amazing work. My wife and I are so happy to finally find people who absolutely know what they are doing. They are very knowledgeable and skilled in their craft and very communicative and sensitive to your individual needs. A few have mentioned they are "intuitive" and we both agree that is the best adjective to describe what they do. Wish I knew about them sooner! Happy to say we will be back and don't mind the drive from Prescott to see them. They are worth every penny.

I have had the pleasure of getting to know Jeanine at Jerome Massage over the past few months. She asks lots of questions to help her understand what you need and then proceeds to create a very therapeutic and relaxing experience. My shoulder pain and tightness is finally beginning to release after many years. Her office is tastefully decorated and creates a very relaxing vibe. I love that she follows up with you after your first few visits to be sure you are feeling well. I highly recommend Jeanine. You won’t regret making an appointment!!

If you want to have THE BEST massage you've ever had, go have Jeanine give you a massage!! My upper back and shoulder areas were very tense and sore from my serving job and she did a fabulous job of releasing all the tension in these areas! She was also cognoscente of me being a "wimp" when it comes to massages and not wanting too deep of one, and asked me a couple times if she needed to lighten or add more pressure. Go see her! You won't be sorry!!
