The front desk made it very clear I would have no additional charges to my card then they took a 100.00 dollar deposit out of my card. I communicated very cleary that I wanted no charges made to the card. Had I known I would have used a different card. The beds are horrible! The room could have been cleaned better... My bathroom floor had food on the floor from the previous guests.

The rooms are mediocre at best. The layout is a bit strange. Mine had a strange smell when you walk in as well. It did have a kitchen which is nice. My stay was impromptu, so i was not prepared for the 100.00 hold for incidentals. It has been 3 days since my stay and i have not yet received my 100 back for the stay. This is extremely inconvenient for me as i need my hard earned money asap. If i had wanted to stay at a 182.00 room, i wouldn't have picked this hotel. Terrible experience for me. I won't be coming back.

This looked like a nice hotel but I wouldn't know I had went to billings to do some gig work and booked this hotel through booking I had my budget planned pretty tight and no where on booking does it say anything about a deposit of 100 dollars when I arrived they proceeded with check in charged my card for the room fee and then never even mentioned the deposit and when my card was declined for the 100 dollar deposit I offered it in cash which they wouldn't take they did refund the room fee but it takes 2 days to get that back this really screwed my whole trip up they were very rude at the desk

This hotel offered no breakfast but our room had a small kitchenette.
Room appeared clean and beds were comfortable. There was a large closet in bathroom. I didn't really care for the sliding door to the bathroom, it seemed like it didn't offer much sound privacy.
This would be a nice place to stay if you were staying more than one night. Price was good for the quality of lodging.

Stayed here and loved it. Good staff nice area. The muzzle loader cafe was a good place for breakfast. Nice room very clean. Bed was very soft and comfortable. If I’m ever hanging from a building in Billings I’ll tell the fire department to get one of the beds from this hotel to fall into. I’ve been in 5 star hotels and compared to these beds I was sleeping on concrete. Inexpensive and definitely worth it.
