Everything about our stay at Kelly Inn was going great and would have been a five star review. All that changed in the last 10 minutes of our stay. We were just finishing our breakfast when we were informed by a staff member our dogs weren’t allowed in the breakfast area. We apologized and let them know we were just on our way out. If that would have been the end of it this would have still been a 5 star review. Unfortunately the staff member had more to say as he was walking back to the kitchen staring us down. I find it hard to believe that we are the first people to make this mistake. I find

I looked all over Billings for a motel that was reasonably priced and did not have horror story reviews, and Kelly Inn seemed the best option. I'm glad I chose it. My room is clean, well appointed, everything I could want. The pool and hot tub are very welcome addition as well. They advertise a hot breakfast but it starts at 6:00 so I won't have a chance to evaluate it. I think the worst I could say is the paint and carpeting in the halls is a little dingey, and a couple of the vending machines are out of order. Other than that it was nothing but a pleasant experience.

Have had the absolute best two night here! Tori was phenomenal to work with. She's been so helpful and on top of everything thing we've needed! All of the gals at the front desk just have the best customer service that I've truly seen!! The rooms are spotless and so so cozy so be sure to tip your housekeepers! They do an awesome job!

Upon arrival we had several changes to our multiple rooms and the front desk attendant was so accommodating, helpful and just so welcoming, thank you so much for the help it was appreciated. Room was as expected, I prefer more water pressure in shower but it was fine for the rest of our family. A hot breakfast was a pleasant surprise since the pandemic most hotels are grab bags only; everything from waffles, eggs, sausage, French toast and fried potatoes to cereal and yogurt. The pool with tunnel slide was probably the favorite part if you ask my kids during our stay lol. Nice place to stay if

The one star rating does not reflect the hotel itself. My family enjoys staying here. It reflects the customer service we experienced this evening checking in. The lady helping us had a very bad attitude. We had some confusion with the booking. The two ladies working weren't to forthcoming on helping fix the problem. We got it figured out. With the attitude minorities seem to experience in this great town. Especially when it comes to them talking about no alcohol around the pool area. They seem to make sure to drive that point home. I know some natives give us a bad name. But please don't treat

We recently stayed at the Kelly Inn in Billings, MT at 5610 South Frontage Road . The room was nice and reasonable and we chose this motel specifically for the water slide feature in the pool. I have 4 boys and we used the pool 2 different times during our 1 night stay. The manager on shift both times, a female, continually came in and yelled at the kids (not just mine) over and over and over. It completely ruined our time and I regretted spending the money to stay there. Instead of enjoying the slide and the pool we just prepared ourselves for the next time she busted in and yelled at everyone

Hotels is pet friendly, we had an entrance outside and inside to the rooms. The hotel is located conveniently between a " Cracker Barrel Restaurant and Gas station". Breakfast was pretty decent , consisted of Many breads, waffles, eggs,potatoes and sausage. If your a person like myself who doesn't eat red meat , basically you have a lot of carbs to intake.
The atmosphere at night was very calm. I think we spent $102.00 in total and it was 5 of us , plus 2 dogs ( that we put in their crates". All in all, nice area , right off of highway.
They also have a pool and will give wristbands to only guest
