Services
The Center for Physical Therapy Services, Inc. opened its doors in 2002, making us one of the pioneers in the home health therapy industry. We are a therapist owned and operated company that provides skilled therapy and skilled social work services to primarily homebound clients in the Los Angeles County area.
Center for Physical Therapy Services, Inc. will work with only quality home health care (both skilled and non-skilled) and hospice care services without regards to race, color, national origin, disability or age. You and or your family will take part in the decisions that affect your health and you will be treated with respect and dignity throughout the continuum of your medical care.
The In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) Program helps pay for services provided to low-income elderly, blind or disabled individuals, including children, so that they can remain safely in their own home. IHSS is considered an alternative to out-of-home care, such as nursing homes or board and care facilities.
The Center for Physical Therapy Services provides skilled Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Medical Social Workers for clients in their homes. We are able to provide our services directly to the consumer or via our contracted Home Health Agencies (Skilled and Non-Skilled) and our contracted Hospice Agencies.
