Yonemoto Physical Therapy started in 1982, when Sheila Yonemoto, MA, P.T., and her husband Stan Yonemoto, opened the clinic with one idea in mind: to help patients recover in comfort and achieve whole body wellness. The office has grown from a three-person operation to a full staff, including 5 physical therapists and 3 physical therapist aides.
We offer the most comprehensive rehabilitation and fitness programs to help you get back to optimal health. You'll work one-on-one with your physical therapist, and we'll make the best effort to make sure the physical therapist you see during your first visit is the same one you'll see throughout your program for recovery.
Curt was born and raised in New Orleans. He graduated from Louisiana State University with B.S in Psychology. He earned his Physical Therapy degree from Louisiana State University Health Center in Shreveport. He has worked in a variety of settings throughout his career, including UCLA Outpatient Rehab, private practice sports clinics, and in-patient/out-patient hospital settings.
Belen grew up in West LA and graduated from UCLA with a B.S. degree in Kinesiology and a Masters degree in Physical Therapy at Stanford.
Belen has worked in a variety of locations including the Orthopedic Hospital in Downtown LA, the Spine Institute, muscle disease clinics, volunteer work with the International Children's program, the LA Marathon, and a Westwood private practice specializing in the treatment of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders.

Doug was born in the northeastern part of the United States but graduated from high school in southern California. He earned a Physical Therapy degree from California State University of Fresno (CSU Fresno). Doug has worked in a variety of settings, including the Orthopaedic Hospital and various outpatient clinics, primarily treating orthopedic problems.
