Looks can be deceiving...
1. A few weeks ago I found water puddled in my hallway. No communication was issued to the people living along this hallway until we received an aggressive notice telling people not to touch drying machines. We were not given any additional information. Up to today, the carpet has a dark brown stain (see photo), it smells bad, and there is a dirty doormat sitting in a random spot in the hallway.
2. Three weeks ago the garage flooded. No communication was issued to the residents. The garage is still wet in places, smells terrible, and is extremely dirty. There is also

PROCEED WITH CAUTION. What is clearly terrible management prevented me from even viewing either of the reverb locations, in Berwynn or Oak Park. They have hours listed on their website, which clearly have no bearing on reality. On two separate days, I attempted to call their office number at least 10 times. I left a message over the weekend which was never returned. The Berwynn location lists one of their tenants phone numbers on the outside of the building for UPS and delivery services. Being that they will not answer their phone, this tenant has been bombarded with phone calls. Thankfully she

Took well over a year to get the ice machine fixed. Still waiting on plumbing repairs, but as per the usual, none have been done.
On top of that, in the middle of a pandemic, no reaching out to tenants about rent relief ( rather sending renewal notices AND raising rent in the midst of a crisis !?!? Sure, you care about your tenants.....) or providing sanitary conditions or guidelines for tenants to follow - ie - only one person elevator occupancy, hand sanitizer stations at trash disposal and mail areas, etc. There is a dispenser that was installed, but it was never filled with sanitizer or any

Management at the Berwyn building does not care about the wellbeing of their tenants, they’re not responsive at all. Since new management took over, things have gone downhill. Property manager is never in the office, even before the pandemic. She never returns calls or emails. The only thing they’re good at is increase prices but decrease quality.
Stay away from this building.

I recently had several maintenance requests submitted. Stacy arrived within 24 hours with a mask and removed his shoes upon entry. He was pleasant, informative and patience with addressing my various issues. He even came back the next day as promised to finish up. Thanks, Stacy.

Living here was like living in a dump: Non- responsive property management to emergency situations, dangerous building conditions, random additional fees after a few months, increased building expenses, unmaintained security of the building and so on. If you want to be completely miserable, and absolutely hate where you live, deal with miscommunication, then this is the place for you! I would rather live in a one bedroom apartment in the Bronx with three guys than do this again. After my 1-2 year lease ended, I praised the lord because the unprofessional environment of this buildings management

UPDATED REVIEW
WE LIVED AT REVERB CENTURY STATION BERWYN.
We were great tenants always stayed ahead of the rent despite that Kass management
1.Did not complete adequate repairs on our unit on time
2. Cabinet in the bathroom molded, and we had to live with it, as it would not be fixed no matter how many tickets we put in.
3. Elevator was down multiple times and the last time was down over a month. Everyone including senior citizens had to drudge up the stairs every day. During one of these elevator issues, the girlfriend got stuck in the elevator and was screaming for help for almost 20 minutes

Great apartment, always clean building, and an unbeatable location to hospital which for me as a resident makes it super easy climbing home after a late shift. Maintenance can do a better job coordinating for maintenance requests but other than that no real complaints. Good coffee shop on the ground floor too!
