I'm so excited to start the new year in a new place. I had a great experience this time around. Last year when I tried to apply there was a bit of miscommunication. This time everything was perfect. The staff was very professional and Pam was amazing. I'm very grateful and I thank them. I'm all smiles.

RUN I have been here since July and the roach problem is HORRIBLE. I AM PAYING FOR PEAT CONTROL MONTHLY AND THEY HAVE YET TO COME SINCE I MOVED IN. NEVER in my life have I ever had roaches, they are invading my house and I have put in multiple tickets to management and nothing gets done. I can’t wait until my lease is up

Terrible. This is the worst complex could ever stay they have roaches and rats running all around. I told them I wanted to apply for the Illinois rental assistance and they never submitted my form like they said they were going to do and it caused me to get behind on my rent. I received an eviction notice in the mail today. Im in the process of finding a new home but i wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. If I could give this place a 0 I would

They evicted my cousin after they they messed up his rental insurance, and when they came out to evict it was 5 officers with guns to his head. This place is terrible all that just to evict someone and the lady Pam was right there and was rude, she’s a terrible landlord DO NOT stay here. Their rating is below average for a reason

I like living here. Been a year since I've moved here and it's okay, people are nice around here and you will be left alone and not deal with nosey neighbors or office people. The only problem(s) I have is with the maintenance team. I filed for a work order a year ago to rechaulk the floors (the tiles are cracked and there are spaces between them that when you step on one, you can HEAR IT) and no one has come by to fix this. Idk how many times maintenance got back to me and I've made like two appointments already for them to come fix the floors and when the day comes, no one shows up! Very disappointing

The Community Director is very professional and knowledgeable. Shelema, is new to the property, but has done a great job in a short period of time. She is extremely proficient. The staff is well trained and explained the TI Communities enrichment programs in great detail. This property sounds like a great place to live!

Just moved in my tub was not finished and my neighbor in apartment 205 building 17 keeps playing their music loud all day long. I called security no one helps or cares. I cannot get any sleep and I keep telling the office but neither th or security does anything. I will be moving when lease is up and would not recommend anyone to live here. It’s a ghetto dump.
