Customer service is terrible. I called trying just trying to get some help cause I was confused about the application and the lady who I spoke to on the phone was very rude, short tempered, and she even raised her voice. Also, now they are now refusing to even answer my calls. I gave them my $25 for the application and now no one will talk to me. It just really disheartening, especially during such a hard time.it be your own ppl
