In the fall I was traveling out of town and a part of my Mazda Miata front windshield frame flew off while I was driving on the highway. I thought a piece of tree hit me, but it turned out, that a part of the windshield frame got disconnected. I waited too long to replace it and right before the holidays called the Capital Auto Shop. Krum ordered the part and it arrived in no time. He replaced it immediately when I showed up one evening in the shop right before they were supposed to close for the day. My daughter recently got in an accident (not her fault) and got rear ended and pushed into the car in front of her. $5,300 worth of damage to her 2015 Subaru Forrester. We took the car to Krum at Capital Auto shop, and Krum and the team there were amazing. Krum's super-honest, very professional, and kept us informed every step of the way. We got the car back this week and the work was amazing, and the car looks great. Further, they do an excellent job of cleaning the car up after the work's done. The car was cleaner inside and out than when we first took it to Krum, and there was no weird paint

Took my brand new 21' Ford Mustang Mach-E. Even though this was the first time they had this type of car in their shop, the shop owner Krum did a fantastic job at painting the fender flares of my vehicle to match the body color of the car!

These guys know what they are doing and you can tell they love their job, know their job and most of all - treat customers with respect and don't just try to upsell.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this shop deserves one 1000%. It was such a pleasant experience. The whole process from start to finish was transparent and easy to understand. The owner and staff of the shop were great! I took my wife’s car for a body work and Krum (the owner of the shop) told me from the beginning what the process will look like and how long will everything take. Great service shop!!! Sent there by my insurance company for an estimate after an accident and decided to have the work done there. The lady that works the front desk (Mimi) is phenomenal. She kept me up to date on everything. I had bought the car from a state that doesn't require a front tag, so I had never had it put on the front. I asked if they'd stick it on for me and they did. The work was amazing. I saw that they had washed my car while they had it (yay!) and when I got in it to leave I realized they had also cleaned the interior -- all the surfaces as well as a vacuuming. Would

This place used to be excellent under Jae's management. Now, they have a new manager, and the service took nosedive. I took my car for small bumper repair. They repainted the entire bumper with a noticeably different shade of silver.
The manager try to argue that the paint on the bumper can never be matched to the rest of the car because it's different material (plastic)

What an awesome turnaround. The service is SO friendly. Jae the shop manager needs to teach customer service. His friendliness alone was above and beyond what you get at any other customer service oriented business. Now let's talk about quality of work. When Jae took us to look at the bumper repair my jaw hit the floor. The paint matched what is on my 2011 BMW 328i so well I could not tell if it was a new bumper or a really, really good paint job. Well it wasn't a new bumper he said, so that must mean a magician works for them. The work was done in 2 days, yeah you heard me correctly

It amazes me, how the folks at Capital do practically everything(including painting brake drums to make my new wheels look amazing) and they do it well, for less. On March 17, 2010, I took my car to Capital Auto Body of Fairfax at 3156 Spring Street (22031). I was given an estimate of $713 for a minor scrape that affected one panel of my car.
