So I managed to scrape a pole, a yellow one at that and it left an ugly yellow marking on my door. A different body shop quoted to fix it for about $550. He just looked at it, didn’t touch it ... didn’t ask for any info on the car. I came here and Mr.Jose felt the door and noticed there was also a very faint dent in the door. He asked for my vehicle registration and gave me how the price was divided. For a touch up and buffing it was $200 flat. A more affordable price for a college student. Mr. Jose was excellent. Fair City just filled and painted a considerably scratched-up area on my Kia Soul. They came in $60-80 under the closest estimate, were friendly w/good customer service, and the repair looks like new. Work guaranteed for the life of the vehicle. They even washed my car for me at no extra charge. Highly recommend. :)

The BEST! Unfortunately I have used this body shop way too much over the last 20 years. EVERY TIME the service has been on time and perfect - or they fixed it. They are honest and dependable. They are also approved by USAA so they work well with insurance companies. I will not take my car anywhere else.
