This business was recommended by my mechanic and my Porsche was butchered by this shop. Not only did they damage the grill in fixing the front bumper but they also damaged the seal of one of the headlights (now has condensation). Additionally... my car was brought to this shop for repair of a quarter panel. They damaged the trim above it and refused to fix any of the above. Have used Morel’s for my company vehicles for a while now. Hit a deer with my truck and obviously took it in to Morel’s. Well after a month I got my truck back and had to take it back 2 different times. Had to do multiple car rentals during the month without my truck, with zero offers to help pay for the downtime on my vehicle from Morel’s, even after them admitting they missed something the first time. Got it back yesterday and the check engine light is already on. Now have to take it into the dealership where I can get it fixed 100%. Super frustrated with this last experience enough that

I've used Morel's many times for my various vehicles and they've been superb. Great customer service, professional results, and on time delivery, sometimes even a little early. I had a slight imperfection on some pin striping on one vehicle, I went back, pointed it out, and no hesitation to fix it, no excuses, no questions. Headed back there today with another vehicle dent.

After having a bad experience getting a quote for my wife's car from a body shop in the south end of Reno (because it was much closer to where I live), I decided to go back to Morel's, as they had already worked on my car a few years ago. Just like the first time, they did a fantastic job. Jason was awesome - very friendly and professional, and went above and beyond. My wife's car looks as good as new. If my car needs body work in the future, I will always return here!

Morel's was recommended via USAA, so to keep things simple, I went with the recommendation. The vehicle went in after some front end damage. The vehicle was worked on during August and they had it for about 4 weeks. When I went to pick up the vehicle, there were several issues:
1. Paint issues with the hood and grill. There were gobs of paint, paint runs, and paint actually missing.
2. Vibration during 1500-3000 RPM
3. Stripped Torx bolts on the hood hinges
Morels and USAA offer a lifetime warranty, which is good. I notified the shop and the insurance company that repairs were needed. The vehicle

Excellent customer service and awesome work repairing our truck. They ordered the parts ahead and let us keep our truck until they were going to start working on it so we had less time without it. Repairs took less than a week and they called before it was finished to let me know when it would be finished so I could arrange a way to pick up our truck. They were super easy to work with, they made the whole process easy and stress free. Thank you!!!

My car had some exterior damage needing repairs. Morel's was on the list from my insurance company and is in a convenient location for me so I opted to use them for repairs. They were very thorough and did an awesome job. Also their customer service was great. Everyone was friendly and they even helped me move my kids' carseats from my car to the rental car. I will definitely use Morel's for any work on my car in the future.

After three weeks of no return emails or returned phone calls, I give up. This shop claims they are just "too busy to respond" but the reality might be they are cherry-picking the work with the highest margin. Since this is one of the few shops in Reno my insurance company will allow, they have wasted a great deal of my time as I start over with the quoting process and wait another month to have repairs on my vehicle.
The most disappointing part is the absolute lack of interest in doing small $2k repairs like mine. It was made very clear to me that my repair work didn't warrant

Our car was hit in a parking lot and I knew immediately that the back bumper needed to be replaced. The same car was hit once before and we took it to the dealer, we found after this time that the dealer got rid of their body shop. I asked for recommendations from friends and Morels was the only recommendation given. After looking at the reviews we decided we would try them out.
My husband stopped by right before they closed one night and they were incredibly nice about the whole thing and stayed late to help him out. We had already been paid for our quote from insurance, and the guys at Morels

I have used other auto body shops in town in the past, and Morel's surpassed all of them with quick service, communication, professionalism, and the quality of the repairs. They even send text message updates on the status and worked with the rental car company for my pick up and drop off! My car was done almost an entire day earlier the initial quote and they even buffed out an additional scratch they found at no cost.
Jessica and Giovanni were especially nice and a pleasure to deal with

Could not be happier with the work at Morel's..... Mike is as solid as they come and the girls up front were always on point with what was going on and helping with any questions I had. Had an accident 2 weeks ago. Quoted for $4,650 (insurance covered).
I am not satisfied with the quality of their work. The stuff was rude. I tried 3 auto body shops in 3 states in past 3 years, this one is the worst. The only good thing about this shop is that it's fast.(I guess they do not have a lot of business to do.)
They said the insurance company would pay them when I took the car. Now they start to blame me for not paying when I took the car and push me to pay. (now I have to buy cash orders since they dont accept credit card) The open hour is 8AM-5PM weekdays, I have to work during

They did some body work on my car for an accident that happened. Took it in and 2 days it was good. Granted they bought the part which took like a week but the work was done very quickly. 2 days worth of work and it was done. Not bad but the head lights didn't sit quite right but other than that quick work. Thanks for reading my review I hope it helps you. USAA recommended!
