Can’t say enough nice things about Diamond Auto Body! They are so kind, and I felt that the service they provided went above and beyond my expectations. They were timely with their updates, and made renting through Enterprise easy and reliable. They coordinated everything with insurance for me, and were very fairly priced. My new bumper matches the rest of my car’s paint perfectly, and they washed my car before I picked it up. Thank you again, I will be recommending Diamond Auto Body to everyone who needs work done on their car.

I own a 2003 MBZ 500SL. It is a rather odd color, and it changes depending on the light source and time of day. Someone bashed the outside rear view mirror on the passenger side of the car. It has an embedded turn signal lamp that also frequently failed to operate properly. This mirror has a decorative housing that is painted the same color as the body of the car. The staff at Diamond Auto gave a very reasonable estimate and repaired this side as promised and on time...and, their paint job exactly matched the driver's side mirror which was now 18 years old! They did a fantastic job

Called Diamond to schedule an appointment for an estimate to repaint
my entire truck, the sun is making my clear coat peel. The girl who answered the phone, told me they don't do entire vehicles. Have a budget of $8,000 for my repaint. Guess they don't need the money. I'll find someone whom does!!!! Their loss 📉! So much for their rep!

Overall experience with everyone at Diamond Auto Body was great. Travis my advisor was excellent and kept me well informed during all my repairs. He took great care in making sure the repairs were done with quality and upheld a high standard. I work in the automotive business and it is great to see a body shop that is doing things right. Highly recommended and will utilize there services again in the future.

I took my car in to get fixed after somebody hit my passenger door. They fixed it & it looked good, but I accidentally left my Garmin (gps) in the car & somebody at the shop took it, not sure why. Also I noticed after I picked it up the panel on the inside came slightly off & they didn't fix it. I won't be referring anyone here.

I had 3 different estimates done at 3 different shops in Reno. The 3 estimates were to have a new Cowl hood painted and faded into the front fenders to match, and Silver Dollar size dent in the passenger door repaired on my 3500 Ram.
The first 2 estimates covered just that at a cost of $1800-$2500. Diamond auto body gave me a quote of $3200. (This is out of pocket not Insurance)
I decided to go with Diamond Auto body because I didn’t want a cheep paint job done on my truck.

I had newly moved to Reno Nevada when I had not one but "two" accidents in my car and neither were my fault! The back hatch of my SUV and our garage door had a kurfluffle (read: the garage door scratched the car). I was pretty bummed because the car is pretty new. Being fairly new to town, I consulted google and yelp to see where I could get my car repaired. I called Diamond Auto Body with my plight and they got me right in for a look and an estimate. The man I met with was very nice and explained everything that needed to be done to get my car to look like new again. He gave me a good estimate and we booked the drop off date. It was a few weeks out because they're busy, which is totally understandable

An auto body shop is some thing most people want to avoid... These guys at diamond take really good care of you though. Stephanie upfront it's super helpful on the phone. I dealt with Travis, and he made the whole ordeal very easy.
I got my front and fixed for one of those, 'what the heck happened and when did it happen?' smash ups on your car. Took me a while to getting around to dealing with it, but diamond did a great job. They are AAA approved, and since we have AAA insurance there was zero hassle.

Had a little fender bender. Called Diamond before I realized they were an Allstate approved shop. That was just a bonus on top of the friendly, helpful, timely customer service. I was able to use one of the free loaner cars that was clean and new. The work was stellar also. I hope I never need auto body work again but if I do I'm calling Diamond no hesitation. If you are deciding on a shop, what are you waiting for, call them now!

I just had my 2008 Toyota Tundra repaired after it was rear-ended. This is what I would classify as minor to medium damage under the $2500.00 range yet the right side of the bed needed to be painted and rear bumper assembly replaced.
Let me say I have been doing auto restoration for over 30 years and actually went to trade school back in the '70s for auto body repair and painted my share of cars. I still own a 427 Shelby Cobra and restoring a one owner 69 Mach 1 currently.
That said, If I could give Diamond and the people that work for Diamond more stars, I would. I can not recommend them

It was going to be one of those repairs that insurance wouldn't pay. I was dreading it. From the moment I met the service manager to the moment I drove off the lot it was nothing but professional. A very reasonable and straight forward estimate, offers to accomodate my schedule, and a pick up price right as estimated, and even a clean interior along with Covid compliance--it could not have been better. An overdue review to thank Diamond Auto and in particular Travis Falconio. I was in an accident in late 2019 and needed help with my Camry ASAP because I use my car for work.
I was impressed right away because Travis took the time to fit me in the day I called when other shops around town were not available and then were booking cars out weeks or even months down the road.

We brought our son's GTI in for repair in December after an accident, in coordination with Progressive. It was a fairly complicated process with other shops getting involved, but Travis and the rest of the staff at Diamond kept us up to date on the progress the entire time. The car looks brand new and we couldn't be happier!
Our daughter's car needed some body work so naturally we took it to Diamond. They repaired it beyond expectation and got it back to us ahead of schedule. Most importantly to me however, was the excellent communication and updates.

From the first phone call to the day I got my vehicle back, I knew my car was in the right hands! I had the most pleasant experience working with Stephanie and Travis, mainly, who made the drop-off process comfortable and easy, who stayed in constant communication with me, and fixed up the rear-end damage from a fender-bender accident - better than I could have imagined! They even cleaned/detailed the inside so that it was even more exiting to get into my like-new car! I had heard and researched to know that Diamond Auto Body is one of the best in town, and they by far met and surpassed my expectations

Well no one wants to take their car/truck to a body shop. But if for some reason you are in need of the experience of a body shop I recommend Diamond! They have worked on two of our cars in the last 5 years. Great service and feel that they treat the customer right. Down to earth easy to talk with. Of course the work is warrantied for the time of ownership. Give them a look and live in the area.

They took the time to explained everything to me, kept in touch as needed while they had my car and even surprised me with my car being done sooner than i had expected. Horrible job!!! My car literally fell apart on freeway! Took to another repair shop to find missing parts... broken parts being held on by tape and hot glue!!!
If you want lipstick on a pig for a month long wait this is the place to go!!! If I could go below 1 star I would! Oh and almost forgot the weekly upsell each week of waiting for used parts! Steer clear of this business.
