Donnie purchased Liberty Collision in 2014, and it remains a family-owned small business and proud member of the Reno community. Donnie is a native Nevadan and has lived in Reno for the past 51 years.

Liberty Auto Collision has been a God send. I wrecked my car and they have done everything they can to accommodate my ability to pay for it. My insurance didn't cover the repairs and Donny one of the managers here has gone above and beyond allowing me to make payments when I can. Amazing service!!

I had an amazing experience. This team is understanding and very professional. There was a bit of an incident on my rear bumper. Some damage was done, but Charlie Moore was able to give me an estimate on just the spot that was hit. He was very kind and explain the process throughout the whole thing. He kept me all caught up with the process and even explained everything after the fix. I am very satisfied with the team. My rear bumper looks amazing and if I ever need help again. I will gladly go to them.

Used Liberty twice for dent and paint repair. First time, no complaints and the work was well done. Second time they didn't didn't put the emblems on the new tailgate, and when we took it back one of them was glued on crooked. I'm sure they would have corrected the emblem, and they are friendly to do business with, but probably won't use them again for the inconvenience.

I was in an accident in Dec 5. After dealing with insurance for 2 months, I was finally able to pick a body shop. I chose Liberty Collision based on their reviews and those reviews don’t lie. From my first call to follow up, to taking delivery of my vehicle Mr. Mark King was the super professional and friendly. The workmanship on my Jeep looks good and I’m just glad to be off-roading again. God forbid, if I get in another accident, I will pick Liberty Collision without hesitation

Hi, l would like to recommend Liberty Collision to.Donnie who owns Liberty Collision is a very honest man.Charlie who l dealt with on a regular basis is very professional. They did an excellent job on my passenger door. Charlie even fixed a little dent on my rear door that I didn't even ask him to do. If you want quality work,Liberty Collision is where you want to go. I checked out Liberty Collision thanks to a recommendation from a friend. I was very happy with the service I received. The customer service is outstanding. They took the time to give my vehicle a good inspection which was not the experience I had with the company the insurance people sent me to. Thankfully we are able to choose our own company for repairs and not the one the insurance company sends us to. They communicated with me throughout the repair. I am extremely satisfied with their work and will definitely use them again if needed.

The team over at Liberty Collision went above and beyond taking care of our car and making sure we knew the entire process. We had a small concern after the work was completed and Tom promptly took action to remedy the concern with out a second thought. Couldn't have asked for better service or a better quality job. I was given my choice of collision centers by Progressive and chose Liberty (wisely) based on the multitude of their 5-star reviews. I knew I would need an above average body shop to match the pearlescent green color of my Kia Soul 2017 perfectly. After shopping around for a body shop I was so pleased to come across Liberty! I emailed explaining the damage to my brand new 2017 Yukon SLT and received an immediate response from Donnie.
