It has been over a year that I have worked with this company and Caryn Thomas specifically. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with the dedication and professionalism they consistently deliver. I own a few properties out of the New York area. We were transferred to Jacksonville from Maryland for my husbands job. We knew nothing about the area and had a limited amount of time to find a home. Phil helped to find us a home quickly, in the area we wanted during a pandemic. We had a few snags a long the way but Phil was nothing but professional when handling them and explaining them to us. In the end everything worked out and we love our new home. I would highly recommend Elite Realty.

The best in the business. Phil and Elite really step up and help us sell our home and kept everything on schedule. We were relocating out of state and they were able to pick up the pieces and ensure that my home was cleaned and prepared for the listing.
