I have lived at this complex for 3years and have had an awesome experience especially with raven being so kind and considerate with the wants and needs of the tenants. Raven has gone above and beyond to make our stay here an absolute pleasure . She has even helped my family with getting resources to help when we were struggling (something most property managers won’t do) maintenance is always speedy with turn around times and they keep apartments well kept throughout the year.

Positives: Raven, Property Mgr., is a dedicated professional, consistently resolving any, and all issues. She is always polite, responsive and courteous.
There is a problem with dog owners not picking up after their pets. Raven does a good job noticing and trying to enforce the pet policies.
I had a neighbor playing loud music on several occasions at night and she took care of it.
She makes up for any shortcomings at Greenbrier.

Horrible place. Manager is very nice!
Property management is horrible, apartments are tiny and over priced. walls are too thin. They claim to be open Saturdays, but are closed with no way to contact managment. Rent is never posted and you pay large fees to pay through a bank account or debit card EVERY MONTH! worse customer service because it doesn't exist.
