If you need your car broken, this is the place to go!
Vinny will make SURE you leave with more things wrong than you came in with AND a headache on top of that. He will make sure that you don't get things fixed properly and starts charging a storage fee when you argue.
Zero honesty in dealing with the problems. Always wanted payment in cash.
Completely uncovered OUTDOOR storage of cars...this isn't sunny California. I'm bringing my car in because there's something wrong with it, not because I want more.

The worst auto repair shop I have ever delt with.
My car got a window smashed in and took it here thinking it was a quick window replacement. WRONG! The window got replaced and was told it was ready to be picked up. I came to pick it up only to nice the window would not stay up when rolled up completely. Each time i rolled it up all the way, it would come halfway down by itself. It was obvious these guys did not know they had to reset the window motor when replacing it. They then tried to tell me I had to take it someone to be reset or they could do it but it would be extra because it was not

If you need your car fixed fast, this is the place to go! Vinh (the owner) is so genuine and helpful, I can rely on him for anything. He provides a car for me to rent on the spot and makes sure I'm satisfied with his work when finished.
It's hard to find a reliable auto body in Boston that doesn't do a crap job, but i found my guy :)
