Came by on a Saturday morning and let them know I needed crankshaft sensor changed. They told me to come back Monday and they could take care of it that day. I came back Monday and dropped it off. They said they’d call me soon after running a diagnostic. They never called. I called the next morning and they said they would call me back in 5 minutes. Never called back. I called back about 3 hours later. No answer. Went and picked my car up to take it to a different place

Very Trustworthy.
Bring your car to this place. My truck was making a loud rattling noise behind the dash. I dropped off the car, they put it on the lift and tried to find the source. The couldn't find it. NO CHARGE. They said they need to take off the dash to find the issue and that it's a lot of labor to take it off and put it back on, roughly a 1000 bucks. I begrudgingly agreed. I brought it back the following week. They called me up a few hours later and said they put it up on the lift one more time and found the issue... and it'd be a 200 dollar charge. They could have easily kept the truck

Excellent customer service throughout. Quality paint mix and great touch up, buffing, waxing and detailing when fixing up marks on my truck. Did it really efficiently and for a great price. Walked away with a sample of paint as well and door guards.

Have been a customer for over 12 years. Over eight cars repaired, with family, my wife and self. Always performs great work and receive complements from friends and colleagues about the great work. Carmine has always been understanding and a gentleman.
Some people do not understand, that the shop has to wait for the parts from manufacturers and insurance approvals and is at their mercy. This is always out of their control.

I would not recommend this body shop. Terrible customer service. They had my motorcycle from end of April until the end of July and when I picked it up it still wasn't fixed. Carmen totally gave me the run around and would not return my calls. When I finally picked up the bike it wasn't even fixed. The foot pedal was not replaced and it should have been. It was on the estimate. Couldn't even drive the bike home because it wouldn't start because they didn't hook the gas tank up right. Tire was half flat. Absolute worst experience ever. I would not recommend!

These gentlemen were AMAZING!! First off, when I dropped my car off, Enterprise was swamped and hadn't come to pick me up. So, Carmine took me himself over to their shop to pick up my rental. I was quoted 5-7 days, and got it it back today, day 5, before the weekend! The car looks fantastic! It had been sideswiped on the drivers side. The paint and body work is pristine. And the bonus?! They detailed the outside AND inside of the car before I picked it up! It wasn't this clean when I bought it 4 months ago!! Thank you guys so much!!

I recently got my rear bumper replaced here. I am extremely happy on all fronts: the price was very reasonable, the service was excellent, it took less than 2 days and they were kind enough to drop me off/pick me up at my home a mile away. This auto body was recommended to me by someone trustworthy in the industry and I see why. Will be back for any future auto body needs.

The shop is not a safe place for customers because of aggrasive behavior of Karmine one of the agents. I delivered my car on 14th of March to them, First they promised me to do the job less than a month they broke their promise second, They promised me to get me the car in next two weeks after the first unfulfilled promise and I went there for the second time to get my car and asked them that I need my car and why are you promissing when you cant make it and why you cut the car before the parts are available. I happen to get recommended to them by AAA when I got in an accident. I am so glad they did b.c the guys are are soooo nice and honest. I dealt with Carmine who was very pleasant in a time of stress. He helped me with some of the calls/paperwork and def make me feel at ease. I did not feel for once that I was being haggled or treated like a "dumb girl" like most places car places. I moved to this area a few years ago and found my repair shop.

Never had an accident before and not originally from the US so I had no idea about the protocols involved. Had a minor accident recently and needed to tow my car due to it being "unsafe for the road". Luckily the tow truck driver knew the guys at Medford Citi Auto and recommended it as a nearby location that would be open at the time.

I was thinking who will drop me off at the auto body place and take me to the rent-a-car agency? I didn't have to worry at all because the agent from Hertz was waiting for me with a car right there and
