The Studio 154 Luxury Hotel and SKYDECK was built in 2019 within the original building from the mid 1900's. The hotel is situated on 15,000 Square feet of the entire third floor and rooftop spaces with suites featuring 10-foot tall arched windows and 22-foot high ceilings. The ICON Suite is Studio 154 Luxury Hotel & SKYDECK's premier accommodation. For your convenience, you'll enter the hotel and suite with a keyless access system controlled by your smart phone. You'll step into a 1,700 square foot two-story suite that sleeps up to 12 guests.

My boyfriend Mike Cain wrote a scathing review in October of this hotel. When we arrived to Nashviille we walked down to this hotel from Dream Nashville where we were able to get a reservation.
We found that the block was still destroyed from the Christmas bombing. The fact that the hotel was taking reservations was shameful.
Since, we have been contacted by new management who issued us a full refund with a credit if we should be able to visit Nashville again.I would give them a second chance but would check to see if the construction fences have been taken down on the block.

Studio 154 took my reservation for one night in July. The reservation was for October 7th. In early September I received an email that the hotel was closed and that my reservation was cancelled. I had several options including a refund through the website, That is not possible.
I'm a little jealous because other reviews on this site discuss communication with a manager. I have had NONE. The phone number goes to an unprofessional voicemail with states it is full.
Who even knows who's voicemail it is. It never announces the hotels name on the message.

I booked my reservation July 2020 for my bachelorette weekend in April 2021. In March 2021 I was contacted by the manager saying the hotel was closed due to renovations. I was offered to reschedule to July with an additional free night. I received a confirmation for my new date and a month before my check in I called the hotel to confirm my July stay. When calling I was told there was no record of a reservation. After reiterating multiple times that I have the confirmation, Heidi made me aware that she had double booked my room AND did not call me to make me aware that the hotel was closed and

I booked a reservation at this hotel for my bachelorette party via Booking.com, so I was completely unaware that the hotel had been closed since December 2020 and may or may not be open during my reservation dates. Additionally, their re-opening date had already been delayed by several months, which was also undisclosed. This information is partially disclosed on their website, but not on Booking.com—I had to find this out via negative reviews on Google. Had I been made aware of these details, I never would have booked a reservation because I live out of state and would not make travel arrangements

Unfortunately, I booked two rooms here for my bachelorette party a few months in advance. The location and amenities seemed perfect and we were looking forward to our stay. On their website, there is no mention of construction due to the bombings or that our reservation had the possibility of being canceled if it was not completed. We were notified a month in advance that we could move our date to June or cancel. While moving to June is not a possibility since this was for my bachelorette party, I advised I wanted to cancel and was disappointed. Unfortunately it appears this hotel thinks that is

We booked two rooms here several months ago for a bachlorette party in April. One month away, they let me know that the rooms are still being renovated and will not be ready until June or later. Considering the wedding is in June, this was not going to work. They mention these renovations NO WHERE on the website. I would not have booked if I knew there was a chance of the rooms not being ready. Now I am scrambling to find a place to stay in one month, with rooms already full and more expensive. Gorgeous boutique hotel in the perfect location! The rooms are modern, yet charming, and well-stocked. Nice rooftop area with beautiful views of the Cumberland River. The complimentary Frothy Monkey coffee bar and breakfast items were an unexpected bonus and MUCH appreciated! The manager referred us to Stow Station, a luggage storage service, which was affordable, secure, and worked out perfectly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Studio 154 and look forward to returning!

We stayed in Studio 154 Luxury Hotel, Nashville from May 3-6 and loved it!!! We chose suite 1016 which offered numerous amenities. 1016 has a balcony overlooking the Cumberland River and Titans Stadium. The room was quiet, beautifully decorated and equipped with a stocked kitchenette, walk in closet, a great bathroom, and extremely comfortable king size beds! Also available is a complimentary coffee bar station that offers a continental breakfast on the weekends. The private rooftop lounge has gorgeous views!

Can not say enough positive things about this place. Hands down one of the best places we've ever stayed at. Access to everything is by phone app, so you dont have to deal with any staff. Met the Manager just by chance when we walking in, she was awesome. Views were phenomenal, had a balcony off our room that overlooked the river and Nissan Stadium. Perfect proximity to everything Downtown Nashville has to offer. We walked everywhere which was PERFECT! Rooms were huge, and the rooftop deck is perfect way to start and or end your night! Amenities galore along with a clean comfy room. Couldn't have
