Hotel is nice, but we made the mistake of parking across the street in a lot that is not theirs. We asked the front desk and their security guard about the area and they said it would be fine. We could not fit our vehicle and trailer into their parking garage (which is $34/night.) Our truck was broken into during the night and we had to get a new window. It really delayed our trip and ruined the fun we had in Nashville. I know that the hotel is not liable for our vehicle but they didn’t disclose the parking situation in the online listing and they didn’t try to accommodate us once we asked

Good afternoon,
I occupied room 415 of Hayes Street Hotel 12/08-12/09/21. While checking out, the desk clerk name Hannah was rude, disrespectful, and refused to give me a receipt. All paying customers should receive a receipt. In addition, it’s very unprofessional for customer service agents to not respond to customers questions or concerns. Instead, Hannah stated she been in customer service for 10 years and she could care less what I think. Very shameful customer service, and it is very unlikely I would stay here again or recommend.
Respectfully,
Malinda

Nice looking hotel but the STAFF is INSANELY RUDE. First, when I got here I wanted to extend for an extra night and the front desk told me it was $250 and I checked online when she said that and it was $185. So she lied. Just now I was waiting for an Uber and realized I didn’t have a face mask. I went to the front desk and the lady was on the phone. I just motioned for a face mask not trying to disturb her call. She told me she was on the phone and gave me a dirty look. Then I went to apologize after she got off the phone, just out of courtesy, and explain the situation. She then raised her voice

We arrived early and they held our luggage prior to check in. Upon check-in they were very pleasant and informative as to surrounding areas and local places to eat and drink. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable! Complimentary breakfast every morning had good options. This Hotel was in perfect area made getting to different destinations easy! Highly recommend this hotel!

The staff was helpful and the lobby was super pretty, as well as the room itself being decent. The location is good, but for us, the price was a little over the top. The bathroom felt old and grungy considering the sealant was peeling away from where the tile met the tub. The drain top was broken as well. Also, our friends stayed here in a different room and had to move rooms since their first one was dirty and the staff made it seem like my friends were inconveniencing them. They also wanted their room cleaned, but due to COVID you had to request it and when they did, the hotel told them they

I don't understand the hype. I booked the hotel because it is one of the highest rated hotels in Nashville and I'm still trying to understand why. Their idea of complimentary breakfast is pre-packaged bagels and boiled eggs. The coffee tasted like old bean water. There aren't even microwaves in the room to warm up food. The shower didn't drain properly. This is NOT a $500/night room. There are better options all around the area! Skip the Hayes!
