Being new to the state and not having my old mechanic to run to for a quick fix on my car, I felt overwhelmed with who do I call and choose with so many mechanics out there. Came across Millers Auto and it reminded me of where I took my car back home. Felt like a mom n pops shop with a warm welcome. I’ve been there twice now and I would totally recommend them! Awesome, friendly, honest service!

Vehicle was in garage and a technician was working on it almost immediately after it was dropped off. Had issue pin pointed within the first hour. Was a little unsure of taking my vehicle to a shop but now I plan on using them again next time and would recommend them to anyone

Had the water pump go out on a 30 year old Toyota pickup and thought it would be wise to swap out the timing chain while fixing the water pump. They determined nothing was wrong with the timing chain, which saved me over a thousand dollars. It's great to find an honest auto shop.

I guess I give people the benefit of the doubt to much. This is definitely one of those times. I brought my WRX in to diagnose an oil leak. After dropping it off they called me and told me I needed to have the car washed underneath before they were willing to look at it. Seemed like an odd request, but I obliged. Unfortunately the closest place that does an undercarriage wash in 20 miles away in Albany and it was $$. It was inconvenient and after dropping it off I was pretty upset. Worse though was after picking up the car it was still smoking. They said it was just burning oil that had

Have had two separate vehicles worked on here and they did a great job both times. I owned a land rover several years ago that was riding rough and they correctly diagnosed that the right front axle was coming apart when other shops claimed other things were likely the problem. They fixed the problem and were honest in charging the actual price they paid for the replacement part when they could've easily charged more without causing a second thought. Agree with others that this shop is honest.
