My car was stuck in a mud rut and needed to be pulled out of it. I called and was not quite certain how it would go. The guy who answered the phone didn't say the name of the business or give me his name or any information at all. Just got my location and said he would call back in about 90 mins, which he did. The car was stuck 2 blocks from my home and he had it pulled out before I even got down the road to talk to him. Then I was charged $250 dollars. That is more than any tow across town that I have ever been charged. While he was very nice and I appreciate the help, the extreme price gouging

Was charged an outrageous amount just to pull my stuck car off a curb. It was around 8 pm with I understand is "after hours" but I have had cars towed for 30+ miles for under $200 and was charged $325 and it took him about 2 minutes to do. The driver was nice but the prices are insane.

You can go ahead and post the phone call because it will show everyone that you never told me a price on the phone I wasn't given a price until my car was pull up on the truck. Can't really argue a price when someone has your car on a tow truck and the keys in their pocket

Tow truck driver was careless with my vehicle. He backed it all the way out of a friends driveway with no control from the right front wheel (CV axel broke) as my tire pushed up against my fender and wheel well ,causing the most god awful sound!!! Even after telling him to take it easy and slow down a little!! When he could've just drove infront of the car and hooked it up 🤦🏻♀️ and they're ridiculously priced on top of that. Do not recommend.
