We choose Sarkis Caterers for our daughters wedding. We couldnt have made a better choice. They helped us from beginning to end. They worked with our budget and truly cared about us as customers. There displays (which were based on our colors and theme) took the buffet from plain to elegant. The food was delicious the guest raved about it and we saw many getting seconds.
Advance times vary by event and season. Wedding receptions typically book 4-12 months in advance. We highly recommend reserving your date as soon as it is confirmed. Once reserved you will have 5 business days before your event date to confirm the actual attendees. Summer weekends and all dates in December fill very quickly, so please plan ahead!

We decided to go with Sarkis catering && top shelf bar for our wedding 5/15/21 we’ve attended many weddings & events at the diplomat center another reason why we chose them to cater our wedding that went… completely wrong first off the food was completely horrible & cold we ordered 4 cheese baked penne it had no cheese maybe just sauce & parmigiana cheese but no actual 4 cheese blend was in or on the pasta also ordered BABY POTATOES in garlic herb butter they gave us tasteless salt potatoes what tops the cake we ordered a summer mesclun salad & there was up

Sarkis Catering was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. They took care of EVERYTHING. Joy and her team are the absolute best and always made sure my now husband and I were all set and taken care of.
Everyone raved on how delicious the food was! We went with a buffet style dinner. Our cocktail hour table was decorated so cute and I let them have complete control of that. Thank you so much for everything! <3

Sarkis Caterers provided the food and the staff for my dear friends wedding last weekend. It was outstanding! I know they had a limited budget but you would never know it. The food was amazing and the way they displayed it was gorgeous. I can't wait for them to cater my next event! Highly recommend!

Our wedding menu was southern themed. Pulled pork, grilled mesquite chicken, sweet potato casserole, and all the fixings. It all tasted so good! Everyone was talking about the sweet potato casserole and how they want the recipe! Their staff was wonderful, well mannered, and efficient! I couldn't have asked for a better catering experience!
