After inspecting my home a leak in the sprinkler system developed causing 2 inches of water to accumulate in the side yard before report was received 2 days later. The home was vacant and leak was documented on report, any professional would have shut off irrigation and notified homeowner. I also found muddy footprints on freshly cleaned carpet and tile in Master Bedroom. Thumbs down on this company

I have had many house inspections but never one like this.The report was so outrageous that everyone who read it couldn't believe how ridiculous and inaccurate this report was. If you are looking to buy or sell a house steer clear of this company. What Larry said in his report was not true and ran my potential buyers away with his misguided opinions, recommendations and suggestions. Just 1 of the 50 recommendations that were reported was repairs on aging windows and torn/worn window screens. Brand new windows were installed on my house 3 years ago and the brand new screens

I've used Larry Falasco for six inspections personally and my parents used him for three. In 2012, when I was building my home, I worked with Larry to do inspections of the slab, pre-drywall, and an inspection prior to closing on the house. The concrete slab for this home was poured with an improper mix of materials and had to be torn up and redone, but Larry inspected it the first and second time around. Recently (03/2011) had a home inspection completed by Mr. Larry Falasco of Home Wise Services and have to say we were impressed. He was extremely thorough and helpful. We were told to set aside 3 hours for the inspection and thankfully he walked us through everything in the house that was possible and I am sure we slowed him down as it took almost 4 hours from start to finish on a 1485 SqFt. home. He answered all the question we had for him without a problem.
