Services
Founded in 1991, Michael C. Melandro started out with a home based operation with one flatbed truck. In the last 23 years, Ace Towing has grown to meet consumer needs in the Charlotte area with 4 rollback trucks, a wrecker, a Customer Assistance Scion Xb, and an office with storage facility. Ace Towing and Recovery, Inc. is THE original, legally registered corporation in the state of North Carolina.
Ace Towing is proud to service Commercial Accounts ranging from small businesses to large corporations. For commercial accounts we provide towing services for illegally parked, and/or abandoned vehicles. We will tow these problems away and impound them at our storage facility according to local statutes and laws.
Drivers must be at least 25 years old and have a clean license. We will train as necessary. CDL is not required. Cell phone required. Navigation equipment (GPS), knowledge of the Charlotte area and dispatching skills are a plus. We will keep your information confidential and on file for future driver or office personnel opportunities.

Wow! Eric was the best. In such a crazy situation he was so positive, helpful & personable. I was told he would arrive in 30 minutes and he got there within that timeframe and then promptly got my car to the dealership.
The man who I spoke to on the phone who coordinated the tow was great too!

This company was amazing. We were at our ropes end while changing a tire on our car. We called for a tow, and the guy talked us through what we needed to do. We were able to change our tire without a tow and any cost. I will call this company if I ever need a tow. They were all about the customer and not about the money. Can't thank these guys enough.

Our car broke down on 485 and we called Michael to let him know where we were and they sent Wayne out to help us within 15 minutes! Such nice and helpful people and such a fair price!! We hope to not need towing again but know who we will call if we do! Thanks so much guys!!! You made a stressful day better!

Hit a post and busted my radiator on a Saturday afternoon. Despite my AAA membership they wouldnt tow. Other places I called didnt even answer. I called Ace and the driver got to me in about 15 minutes. Omar did a great job, offered some suggestions and was fabulous to work with. I can't say enough about the fast and super attentive customer service.

Car problems annoy the heck out of me but these guys eased the pain a bit. They arrived when they said they would, price was fair, and driver professional and courteous - turns out he is another transplanted Upstate New Yorker like me. As could be expected my morning didn't start out great... A case of the Mondays. My car locked up on me and Thank God I was able to park my car in safe area.
I was referred to you by the Lexus Service Rep and I am so glad that I was. The two gentleman that came to pick me up were wonderful. They were on time, courteous, respectful and caring. I had to drive with them to the dealership and I felt very safe.
