Joelle has managed property in Marin County since 2001. From 2001 through 2011 she managed Rafael Town Center, a 300,000 square foot mixed-use complex, consisting of residential apartments, office and retail space. After Rafael Town Center she worked with the Robert Butler Company, managing multi-family properties throughout Marin and Sonoma Counties.

Wanted to say thank you to Joelle for being an excellent manager at MCPM. I leased an apartment through them in the bay area for just under 2 years.
Joelle was very patient when I was first deciding whether or not to move into the apartment, and gave me extra time to look around and make a decision. She accommodated two tours with friends and family to see the apartment and provide thoughts. Although the primary property manager to contact changed hands a few times, Meridian was always considerate and informative in its interactions with me. Response times from MCPM were always very quick.

We have been working with Meridian for over a year now. They are excellent at following up, and taking great care of the property. Always very prompt in communicating back to us, and very good about explaining in detail any thing we don’t understand with the property. We are very happy with Meridian Property Manangement. They have certainly taken a great deal of pressure and worries away from us. We are extremely happy to be working with them.
