Trustworthiness, efficiency and aggressive rent collect procedures are what clients really want. Most clients never want to hear from me. They want problems solved and cash flow coming in. Angelo Rodas has worked with CPM Inc. for over eight years. His experience includes being the on-site manager of a 29 unit apartment building in San Rafael and running the IT department and day to day operations of CPM Inc.
A rental agreement provides for a month to month tenancy or a longer term lease, usually of a one year duration. Items number 1 through 6 must be completed and submitted to CPM Inc. in order for us to process your application. The rental application is the key screening document that CPM Inc. uses to qualify prospective tenants.

This management company is anything but cooperative; they were unprofessional, unresponsive, and a total waste of time.
We found a listing we liked that they posted on Craigslist - no photos - and bent over backwards to go see it at 9:30AM on a Tuesday morning when they would show it to us. We applied immediately, and they informed us we were approved, but were heading on a week long vacation, and we could sign a lease when they returned. They said they wouldn't be showing the property to anyone else in the meantime.
We respected their vacation time, and followed up the day before they returned

We were typical partners of a large commercial property. We did not have the time and we were not experienced enough to deal with all the personalities for issues that arise with tenants.
CPM stepped in and took over the management of our props and did an amazing job. They created a buffer between us and our multiple tenants that took the emotions out of it and replaced it with professionalism.

Cathy has been our property manager for over 30 years. My parents purchased a house in Terra Linda in the 70s and have had numerous tenants over the years. Through it all, Cathy has clearly and effectively communicated and resolved all issues which arised both during our time overseas and after relocating to the US. I would highly recommend her to anyone searching for a property manager.

I've been a commercial tenant of Co-operative Property Management Inc. for over four years. The building I rent is an older Victorian, charming in many ways, but often needs maintenance. CPM Inc. responds to my maintenance requests quickly and repair people are skilled, kind, and clean. I am very happy renting office space here.

I wanted to take the time to review Co-operative Property Management Inc. I have been renting an office space in downtown San rafael for now over 4 years now. Any office maintenance or concerns have always been dealt with promptly and very professionally.
Last August 2016, I also moved into a residential property that is managed by Co-operative Property Management Inc. Its a wonderful place that is beautiful and well maintained.
I would highly recommend this company for residential and commercial rentals.

After being a tenant for 15+ years I only have the best things to say about CPM. Their professionalism and communication skills were top notch. Whenever a repair was needed they responded quickly and solved the issue.

Solid management professionals who add a welcome human touch. We've had CPM as our management team for over a decade. CPM has improved. I've now had CPM as the property manager for 4 years and we leave each other alone mainly, but if there IS an issue to be fixed, they respond in email and connect me to the plumber, electrician, whatever....and then we deal with each other.
Like an odd couple, we've gotten used to each other.

I've rented a place that is managed by CPM for the past 2 years. My experience has been great. The few times we had issues our calls were promptly returned. We had a blocked up sink and a plumber was at our house within 2 hours. We had a leak in the garage ceiling and a roofer was out the next day. The staff at CPM has been friendly and professional.
