Day-to-day responses to oral and written communications of all types from owners, vendors and tenants. Ongoing repair/alteration of the property - excluding construction management and/or emergency services. Emergency services not typically included in the day-to-day building operations of your homeowners' association.

I handle a large number of accounts consisting of rental properties and property management companies. I have worked on several of Mark's properties and met with a number of his tenants. Mark does an amazing job of both maintaining his properties and keeping good relationships with his tenants. His tenants speak highly of him at every property that I have visited and I am always impressed with the upkeep of the properties. If you are looking for a beautiful home in the Bay Area with a responsive property manager, I would highly recommend Mark and his company.

Stay away from these people as the office staff is very unprofessional as so called property managers. It is impossible to get hold of them when needed for repairs or communicating with tenants. The worst experience ever paying utility bills as tenants often had service cut off for lack of payment. Rents are left uncollected and untimely creating much frustration for all concerned.

Steer clear!!!!!!!!!!! This is the worst rental experience I ever had. They deceived us, lied to us and ignored our issues. They are both completely incompetent and borderline crooks. They only want your money.
I cannot emphasize enough how miserable I was dealing with these people. If you do business with them, you'll find out too.
