If you have insurance where a co-pay is not required, your exam, x-rays & cleaning will be at no cost to you. Cash, check or credit card only, or your insurance may cover. If your insurance requires a co-pay, you must pay a small out-of-pocket cost. Best dental experience of my life. I always avoid the dentist due to PTSD from horribly painful
experiences at past offices but Dan and Dr. Hiruma provided the most painless and flawless filling after a chipped tooth. I was never once in pain and as someone paying out of pocket, it was very affordable, especially since they squeezed me in immediately. I was so impressed that I joined their member program (which is also super affordable). Highly, highly recommend.

Twice now Waltham Dental has saved me in the nick of time after one of my veneers fell off (which veneers were done by another dentist). They provided same-day appointments, got the job done quickly, and did excellent, top-quality work. Dentistry is something of a dark art, Iāve decided, with any number of possible choices offered for any given problem ā and not all choices are created equal. Personal is Really good they keep you in track of your app. The cleaning specialist are very good as well. However they need to be extra careful with sanitizing equipment, I had to wear glasses to protect my eyes from light and liquid splash from the mouth while the cleaning...and last time I went there the glases were not clean I can see dry residueš¢. I am sure is from previous users. (I can't do that no more)
Also when I was there for my deep cleaning the cleaning specialist was typing on the keyboard to check my xrays etc. They have a plastic on top of the keyboard but I hope that plastic

Disappointing. I have been to Waltham Family Dental 6x.. 6 out of the 6 times they have rescheduled on me. One of the times they even texted me at 9:57am for a 10am appointment āthe doctor is busy, can you come at 2pmā. This weekend they texted me āthe doctor is out of town can you come on Tuesday at 9amā. Iāve had enough of it! Great dentists and hygienists, I have been happy with the dental care they have provided me, but I just canāt deal with the constant cancellations. Will be going elsewhere.

Not even worth 1/2star. This office is run by people who want to charge you for procedures that don't need to be done and then want you to wait 3-4 weeks to see a surgeon. They will do anything to get you just so they can a penny out of you. They are dishonest, and very disrespectful, and dishonest! I wont ever go Back to this place.

Not from this area, but I needed a cleaning/check-up and these folks were as good as it gets. I don't get why people are complaining at the up sell, I was quoted a decent price for a much needed crown and the hygienist was excellent. The office is easy to find, and has its own parking in addition to (free) street options. Will be returning for the duration of my stay.

Never again. Between the dentist and the hygienist, I've never seen such poor bedside manner. They individually tried to upsell me on different services throughout the visit even though I've been to other dentists in the past year and never received any indication that the things they not just urged but tried to guilt me into doing were necessary. I could add much more color but for now I'd just say do yourself a favor and DON'T GO HERE.

The best dental office I have ever visited. Because of Vic and his team, I actually love going to the dentist--I've been a loyal patient for four years. The two things I enjoy most are the affordability and the upbeat staff. The office charges no co-pay for routine cleaning. The co-owner, Vic, runs the front desk and immediately sets the tone for the space. He is exceedingly pleasant, calm, and friendly. The waiting room is spacious, modern, and clean.

I went to Waltham Family Dental last minute in order to get a chipped tooth fixed ASAP. Not only were they able to accommodate me and fix my chipped tooth nearly immaculately, they also -- since I had had my wisdom teeth out earlier in the year and thus run out of my dental insurance coverage for the year -- allowed me to have a regular cleaning for free on the house.
I found them professional, clean, and most notably kind. Thank you Waltham Family Dental.

This practice is unethical. I would recommend against going there because they try to push unnecessary procedures and charge for copies of your own records in violation of both federal and state regulation.
I went to Waltham Family Dental for my 6 month cleaning a few weeks ago. Intake procedure was fine and the hygienist was nice, although she took a set of 18 x-rays, which seemed a bit excessive. After the hygienist finished, the dentist was running behind so I was asked to go back to the waiting room. I had to wait another 20 minutes because the dentist was drilling someone's teeth
