Joshua did an incredible job as our realtor. I was skeptical we were going to be able to buy at all in the current market, but with his expertise we were under contract in less than a month! He is a great communicator and made time to answer all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. Josh was so helpful and kind. I was wishy washy in a hot market and could never make up my mind quickly. He tirelessly showed me multiple properties and I could never make an offer. I finally made an offer and then got scared and backed out. he didn't even give up on me then. He found with me the right property and I finally bought something and I came out of the deal not with a piece of property but with a friend!
