Justin with Cartow was so nice, and very professional! He came out earlier than the ETA we were given. It’s New Year’s Eve, and it was first thing in the morning when the incident happened- he had a positive attitude! Not all heroes wear capes!!! This man deserves a raise! WOW!!!! Dont know why this came up. I have not used Cartow in years, but that is ok.
This is a multi-service tow company. That being said any time you need a tow truck it's a bad day... great to have them to get me out of a pinch if I need it.
It's even worse when we as people pull out our idiot card, park in the wrong place and get ourselves impounded... but if I got impounded I would want it to be by this company.
Bottom line, these guys care about their service, care about the vehicles they tow, and want to make a bad day a better day.

I submitted a roadside assistance claim through my Geico app and was assigned a Cartow pick-up. My tow truck driver's arrival time kept changing, getting pushed out further and further. Through 2 consecutive hours of waiting I called Cartow's dispatch 3x to get an update, when they would push me aside with a "they will call you and update you when they arrive". After 2 hours of waiting I get a call from Geico road side assistance saying I was trying to be contacted and couldn't be. When I called Cartow they said my driver had arrived 15 minutes earlier and tried to call

Had a flat and could not get the nuts on the wheel cover to budge. Turns out I've used up my AAA service calls for the year, so no go there.
First place I called wanted almost $100 to come out to put on the spare.
Cartow's quote was less than half that + mileage, which they ended up not charging. They quoted a service time of well over an hour, but the tech was here within minutes and had the tire almost fully changed by the time I realized he was there.
Super fast, super nice, super good price for the service rendered!

Had to get my car towed after it stalled out on the road. The guy came really quickly and was very friendly, he tried to jump my car again to prevent the cost of an actual tow. Which I appreciated. When talking on the phone the woman was able to help me figure out where to go since it was after hours and I wasn't sure where to go. They took me to Auto Zone and when that auto zone wouldn't be able to help me they loaded me back up and took me to pep boys. Appreciate their help and courtesy when towing me and the whole thing took less than two hours!!

If thier credit card machine breaks its yr problem. Which means u better have 350 cash in hand. If u don't call them and let them know you want yr car..but not getting it back because they want a warning as not to be surprised by a an article car without it being on a tow truck. Did u seem angry on the phone, if so they will be surprised Because they thought but wanted to pay exuberant fees for taking yr car. Did u know that they are contracted out by SLC parking enforcement and aren't held liable for any of thier unjust acts. Don't forget to notarize a document saying u want yr

This business is one of the biggest scam artiest you know could ever do business with! Besides the acting and lying they can't keep their story straight. They charge more then the law states. The company it's self has too much control in which they abuse it with the city and customers. I could list many things about this place if ever have a car t their lot I wouldn't bother I would go straight to a lawyer!

You guys are a joke. Terrible customer service. They get paid from GEICO for a jump start... then I asked driver if he would be able to add a tow, he said he'd call GEICO and add it. He then continues to speed off and ditch me. Pathetic! I call GEICO again to add towing, and you guys are called again, and after 20 minutes of waiting on your garbage service after you've accepted the towing call, my insurance then calls me to tell me that you've canceled the service. If y'all don't want to work, why be in business????

Last night I locked my keys in my car while shopping in Tooele. I called my Roadside Assistance with Geico for help. They in turn contacting Cartow to dispatch someone to come assist. The ETA was 60 minutes. I do understand these guys are on call. They could be in the middle of dinner or watching the last inning of the Little League game. Geico had already established I wasn't in danger and was in a safe place. But an hour was not what I wanted!

My car's engine was blown, the car couldn't move. I had the car in an auto repair shop lot. The repair shop said that they didn't call the tow truck to tow my car. The tow truck claims my car was in the family dollar parking lot, which was no where near the auto shop. There is no way my car could have moved. These guys are predatory towers!!!! I'm doing whatever I can to report you all!!!!! I can't believe this. $328!!!!!!!!!!!! To get my car out of their impound to pay for my car to be towed to a junk yard.

If I could give them a 0, I would. Our car broke down on I-15 we pulled off at the 1st exit we found. We called out roadside assistance and they put us in touch with Carstow. I was not happy with the quoted price, and mentioned I was going to make a few more calls. I was not able to contact another tow that was available. I called Carstow back and they refused to help because I told them I wanted to shop the price. We were stranded from 12:00 am to 2:00 am.

This review is only for a lockout. Locked my keys in my car, called around to a few places and this was the least expensive. The service was fast, only waited maybe 20 minutes. Wanted to give them a good review because the guy unlocking my car was really nice even after going to wrong location at first.
Would call again if this happens, but hopefully not!
