Skip was such a nice and helpful guy! My car battery died on me on Christmas Eve I called him up to tow my car back home. Once he got to my car he inspected my battery and told me that I needed to replace it so we went to Auto zone and he was able to install a new one for me. He went out of his way to help me out on a holiday and made sure I was able to drive my car back home. I tried to give him a tip and he said there was no need and that he was happy to help out. I will for sure call him up again if I ever need to get my car towed and I'm recommending him to everybody I know. Thanks again!

Super Awesome, Friendly and Convenient! My car broke down and I wasn’t able to stay with my vehicle, so that naturally caused some stress. These guys did everything for me, including a timely pickup and drop off, included with pictures of the vehicle at its drop point! Price was very reasonable! My landlord wanted my car moved that had been broken down in are parking lot for some time now all tiers flat and car wouldn’t turn on. Peter was absolutely wonderful. Unforeseen circumstances had him arrive about an hour after he said he would, which a) was absolutely not his fault, and b) was made up for by him being a very, very nice person immediately. Once he arrived he got my car on his truck in a timely manner, especially stunning because he also took the time to attempt to fix the problem himself. He clearly knows a lot about his field of work, and on top of that he’s the kindest and most accommodating person I’ve met in his particular field. Fantastic experience.

Peter is a great guy that provides excellent service. My wife and I are new to the area and we needed to get our jeep towed. Peter not only replied in a timely manner but went above and beyond with his service. He towed our jeep safely and quickly! He answered any / all of our questions and was super friendly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs a tow.

My husband called ABC towing. ABC towing left a message on my cell he was 30 minutes away from my house and if I had questions to give him a call. I never heard back from ABC towing. I was working from home. Noticed he did try to call my cell but did not leave a message or come to my door. We took it to Karl Malone on our own. Terrible customer service at ABC Towing.

The moment he was on the phone he was bugged how he wanted to watch football cause it was Sunday and my car died. Then shows up and starts yelling over nothing. His defense was i wasn't going to paid him when i showed him the cash on me. I was going to fill out the paper work for a reciept and he lost his cool and took off left me stranded. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

John is the worst towing man I've ever ran into. Extreme disrespectful I asked one question and he raised his voice and acted out of hand. I had cash in my pocket ready to pay the company. And he denied it , will never use this company again because of this guy. He scared all my friends raising his voice and lost my business:l. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever ran into would not recommend for anyone if you want to get your car towed. I would do a 0 star if there was one.
