Located in Burbank, California, DC Autocraft was founded with a specific focus on Factory Certified auto body collision repair of advanced steel, aluminum, and composite engineered automobiles. The use of these advanced materials was pioneered by European exotic and luxury manufacturers in an effort to increase performance, mileage, and safety.
The insurance company has recommended another collision repair shop and/or they have told me that DC is not on their list of "approved" shops. Do I have to use the shop that the insurer recommends? By law, the choice of where to have your car repaired is exclusively yours and no insurer can require you to use their "preferred" shop or restrict the settlement of your claim for not using their "preferred" shop.

If you drive European vehicles, I highly recommend this place to fix your vehicle. After I was rear ended by a hit and run driver, they have fixed my vehicle. Isabella gave me a progress update on Tuesdays and it was done in a timely manner. What I loved the most about was the updates. My insurance company was trying to send me to a caliber collision, which happened to be the worst collision center I have dealt with. Nobody knew what was going on with my vehicle. Took my Wife's Crystal white Volvo T8 for minor repairs to DC Autocraft.
We were first met with friendly greetings and a promise of an easy repair at minimal expense. However, more than two months later, these minor repairs ultimately resulted in nearly $10K in costs and took more than two months to complete.
The car was returned filthier than it had ever been since it was new. There were water spots everywhere. Also, there were missing items. Missing the DMV Clean Air stickers and DMV certificates from the glove box , missing the installed twin custom stainless steel four tip exhaust tips

I had a completely positive experience with this business. I keep my BMW in tip-top shape so when I spotted a ding in the front spoiler, which joined various other minor scratches and rashes that collected there over the last five years, partly because the car is lower than stock, I went looking for a top-class body shop. What a waste of time. My husband and I made an appointment to go get an estimate at this Farmers approved body shop. They gave us an appointment at 3pm. When we got there an employee that was already outside said that everyone is on their break right now. What? Why?
Waited about 15 minutes for Justin to come outside and take a look at the car. He came out and did a thorough inspection of the car and took contact information down and said he will email an estimate later today or tomorrow.

You see, I baby my cars. I garage them. I take care of every single thing. Nothing ever gets missed. They're always in perfect working order. Last year, my wife had a fender bender and I took her car in for repair. After they did the repair they called me to interrogate me about a faulty side-marker from the front where the impact had occurred and I had to put my foot down that it was accident related; only then, they went back to the insurance adjustor.

My car was involved in a hit and run. Submitted my claim with my insurance, reached out to my Audi advisor and they recommended DC Autocraft. DCAutofcraft works directly with Farmers Insurance, so if you got them, you're in luck (less work for you).
They had my car out in about a 7 business days.

Our Tesla Midel X was rear ended at a parking lot some weeks back and we ended up at this facility as they are Tesla approved. We considered having Tesla work on the car directly but given that we've had some hit and miss experiences with the Burbank location, and had a great and informative first meeting at DC with our rep Jonathan Figueroa, we felt more comfortable leaving the car here instead. Let me start off by saying, I don't leave a ton of reviews online, but these guys deserve feedback for going above and beyond for me. I brought my vehicle in for warranty repair work from the vehicle manufacturer.

These guys fried my electronics, did not finish the job on $9,000 paint job. My windows work in reverse my PSM is non functional and my wing. My side mirrors no longer work and they basically told me to pick up my car and take it to the dealer to figure out why! At first they said they would take care of it then changed their tune! - The way they handled it was beyond barbaric. Worst business experience ive ever had.

DC Autocraft is as good as it gets when it comes to quality car body repair and service. They took care of my Tesla 3 that had been swiped very badly whiled parked and restored it to factory conditions in a very fast manner. The paint matched up perfectly and the lines on the body are pristine. I am completely satisfied with the work and service I received here at DC Autocraft and would definitely recommend them to ppl I know.

Nightmare Bodyshop - I uploaded an image of the work that they were supposed to complete as a part of blending in the doors to the fenders. Also they put my car back together after a $9000 repair for a front bumper repair my window now work in reverse and my side mirrors do not work. Miral the GM stated they are not taking responsibility for this after trying and failing to fix the mistake they made. This bodyshop is unprofessional and does shotty work.... I see that there is serious orange peel on my front fender as well. I will be calling my attorney! They also invoiced me for more work that

I cannot begin to express how grateful I am to DC Autocraft for the work they performed for me. I was in a serious auto accident with an 18-wheeler causing extensive rear passenger side damage to my 2017 Sonata. My Rusnak service manager recommended using DC Autocraft and because of that recommendation I allowed them to repair my car. My car had minor scratches. The original estimate was $4k and was to take 2.5 weeks. 5 weeks later I am waiting in their office for my car. The total is over $10k billed to my insurance, know wonder insurance rates are going up. The customer service is poor, all they know how to say is I’m sorry. Please everyone you will be sorry if you take your car here for repairs.
