I knew what was happening with all aspects of their work in progress- from receiving new parts for installation or repairing damaged ones already there! The experience here is one worth remembering because these guys really care about customer service quality which can be difficult elsewhere sometimes.

I had a great experience with this collision center. They're really nice and they took care of me from start to finish! I was very impressed by how easy it is here, explained everything clearly so we could work out an agreement before any repairs started; then, later on, got back with us promptly every time.

AMAZING Customer service.
This is my second review four years later which I also gave a five star!
My first accident was a rear ended collision four years ago. The service was fantastic and they repaired my car in a very shot time frame and did an excellent job.
I recommended them to two other friends who also had a great experience.
I called them when I backed into my spouses car. I have a fiat500e. The bumper dislodged from one of the clips on the right side and was knocked out of alignment.
I called and spoke with Greg and explained what happened. He told me to come by and he'll look at

My wife and I were in a hit and run and then experienced a flat with our trailer. We were recommended this place to get the truck fixed. I was worried cause our lives are beyond hectic, crazy, problematic and just all over. Adrian Tatiana Raffi and the team helped us keep our stresses low and took care of my Taci and my family when we needed them! My baby looks brand new in the front and they made an already bad situation a bit better with their friendliness and "customer first" mentality.

It's unfortunate when someone doesn't pay attention to the road and ends up crashing with you. But the fortunate part is when you have guys like Rafi and Abraham and do amazing work on cars. I've brought a couple cars to be repaired here and there work is impeccable and their customer service is even better.

These guys really helped me out! My bumper had gotten damage while on the highway (not from an accident but from an object) and it was more damaged than expected. I went through insurance which would cover the cost after my deductible. Well, before putting my car in the shop a drunk driver backed into my car at a stop sign. My insurance tried making me pay two deductibles, but these guys truly helped me plead my case being that they'd already seen my bumper BEFORE that accident.
The time frame on the car took longer than expected, but only by a couple of days since some parts were on back
