They were an excellent place to have repair work done. Very nice people but most importantly they did good work and the cherry on top was their willingness to buff out minor unrelated scratches. My car looks brand new and they gave it a great detail at the end. I'm very happy with their work and highly recommend these guys.

I needed a couple of paint touch-ups from door dents and scratches. Upon walking in without any appointments, Eric greeted me with the most welcoming smile and attention. I was offered immediate help and 15min later, it was done. When I asked how much, Eric gave me a big smile and told me it's all good and it was his family business.
What more nice things can I say when services are professional and family. It made my day and I am compelled to share this love and good deed.

All you see are tesla's here so you know you are in the right place. Had to take care of some large dents on the door as well as a heavily scratched front bumper and the car came back brand new. As a bonus, the inside was the cleanest ive ever seen it and they also removed some other cosmetic wear and tear while they were at it for no extra charge. Henry was my guy and he was upfront, easy to work with, and offered fair pricing that did not inflate when we picked up the car. These guys know what they are doing.

Eric and his team were amazing!!! They did a great job not only on the repair but with their level of customer service. Eric was very communicative during the entire repair and made me feel really comfortable with everything going on. This is the best experience I've ever had with a repair shop. I got two of my damaged driver side doors replaced here and the repair was IMPECCABLE! Paint was blended flawlessly it overall was a superb job. I will be coming here for almost all of my cosmetic Tesla service needs.

Amazing service - all ALL STAR customer service! My car was rear ended - and the team was amazing - repairs are fantastic! Henry is really terrific - went above and beyond in explaining the work - and getting the work done. As a bonus - terrific wash and clean car at pick up. I will recommend them to everyone!!!

They are the best men around. My car took longer than expected to get fixed and they not only helped pay for my rental car fees but also fixed my side mirror complimentary. Lastly, they washed and cleaned my car before I picked it up. 5 STAR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! You should 100% go to their shop to get your car fixed. Love em.

My car got hit and AAA presented 8 approved shops in in WestLA, All City was one. I called every collision company and All City was where I was most comfortable after working with Henry and the staff.
Once they called my car salvaged, All City was really cool about everything even though they made no money on the deal. I identified integrity upon my first visit to the shop.

They took longer than they should have, they padded the repairs by a ton and they returned a broken car to me so I had to go back again. Now that I am selling the car I am getting a lower price because they padded the repairs for insurance. They're nice guys, but that's not how business should be done.

Had to get some body work done on my Tesla Model 3 and All City welcomed me from the moment I made the first call and made the entire process easy and enjoyable, especially with the specificity of ordering Tesla proprietary parts.
Highly recommend taking any Tesla's here since my car looked brand new when all of the work was done on it.

After I damaged my Tesla Model 3 the Burbank Service Center referred me to All City. I could not be happier with their work and service. New front bumper matches the car perfectly, and fits better than when it came from the factory!

All City Collision Center continues to exceed my expectations, they are simply the best auto repair business I've ever worked with or heard of. When I had work done on my car a year and a half ago I was impressed with the quality of work and customer service. I received consistent updates on the progress and felt that I was treated very well by the entire staff. Last week I had an issue with my body molding, the Tesla service center told me they couldn't fix it and to take it back to my body shop.
