Crazy situation. Got locked out of my vehicle while getting some supplies. The receptionist was super calm and comforting over the phone. Their confidence in how easy it would be provide their lock out service made me relax a bit. As soon as they arrived, which was rather quick, their guy was able to open my car up in a matter of minutes.
Just found out they operate 24/7... so if I should ever have a brain lapse again, I’ll know who to call.

Awful, awful place. Horrible customer service and super expensive. It almost seems like the office staff are going out of their way to be as rude possible. Charged $210 to tow from San Mateo (near downtown) to an auto shop in Burlingame. The driver was fine, but the mess that is the office situation is not worth your business!

This place is the worst. If I could give zero stars I would. Ripped my young college son off. The manager wont return your call. Pray your Wife, daughter, college kid dont call. They should be rated the lowest possible score by the better business bureau. If you use them after reading this review, you deserve everything I guarantee you're gonna get.

WARNING SCAM ARTISTS AT LARGE IN PLAIN SIGHT!!
they overcharged my son to tow from San Jose to Watsonville a high $788 and I've called to complain and the driver won't return my call nor his supervisor. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB so anyone else getting ripped off I suggest you do the same.
These rats need to be out of business.

WAY TO EXPENSIVE!!! So my 04 awd Infiniti g35x broke down on me the other day, the driveshaft had snapped and I couldn't move the car forward or back without it making this weird clunking noise. I called you guys and wasn't given an estimate, only $7-10 per mile on the highway and $13 if it was on the street. I expected to get charged anything under 500 but got hit with a bill of 788 for the 40 mile drive back to Watsonville. $10x40 miles is already 400 but where do the other 388 come from? Honestly feel like I was taken advantage of and scammed. I asked a couple people and they all said

This place is a rip off! I had called to have my moms car towed and when I asked for a quote, they told me it would be $70-85 to tow her car to my house. I had to give them a credit card and was told if I canceled, there would be a $49 processing fee which is understandable. When the truck came, it didn't have the logo on the truck and the driver was quick, careless and quite rude. He ended charging my mom $150. She's an older lady with limited English and didnt know how to explain the quote, so she trusted him and paid anyways. She wasn't even

After reading the reviews, I can understand why it's mixed. I'm not sure if the higher star ratings are reviews from "friends" because there's no detail to their service received other than your typical "this company was great, good job, would use again" type of comments.
I forewarn you to DOUBLE CHECK YOUR PRICING. I needed a tow for my car that ripped through a drive belt so I didn't want to drive all the way back from Milpitas to San Bruno in the event that I would have to get towed on the side of the freeway.

I called J&C for emergency towing. After the first call, I was constantly put on hold when I called back. The driver who eventually arrived was from First Call Towing. I was expecting a J&C tow truck. That was a bit confusing. The driver, Gedion, was very nice. He ended up not towing the car anywhere though. He found a temporary solution that allowed us to drive home... as long as we didn't turn off the engine until at our final stop because it was likely to not turn back on. The main problem for me was that I didn't get a price on the phone and he charged us $150 for a "
