Bill Griffin and his team were extremely professional, timely, and receptive to novel ideas. I personally worked with Olga McLemore and Bill Griffin and both were receptive and responsive to my numerous questions and emails at various times during the day. This was especially comforting since I am first time homebuyer and I had an excessive amount of questions. They also had a connection to a great inspector who came out and reviewed the property quickly, which allowed for rapid negotiations. My husband and I have worked with Lisa Lozelle and Bill Griffin twice with the selling of our home. Our first home was in the Preston Hollow area and the second within University Park. Both sales moved very quickly. I believe the first sold within two weeks and the second within two months. On one in particular, they went above and beyond with time and efforts to get the job done.
