Even though I opted not to have the repairs done, I still cannot say anything negative about this establishment. Family owned business that treat there customers with respect and sound information and advice on your vehicles. The replacement parts for my car cost more than it's worth. But my truck will go in this coming week for work to be done. I'll keep you posted,but my guess is that everything is going to be alright..

I have to give a BIG 5 STAR shoutout to Roger (& Cass) for coming to my rescue this morning! While I was waiting in line at the new burger joint, Simply Good Burgers, in Cove last night, all of the sudden a BUNCH of steam started coming out from under my hood!!! No gauges were high, no warning lights were on, but I immediately turned my SUV off. I opened the hood so things could cool off. A nice gentleman, Terry, came over to assist. He discovered it was just a hose, THANK THE LORD! He recommended FANS. Said they had good prices and would treat me right. Terry said he would even text Roger to let

I just want to thank Roger for honest and loyal communication. Took our 2001 Eddie Bauer Expedition in because we were having issues after someone charged over $600 for a tune up and didnt completely do the job correctly. So Roger and Bobby got me in and out in one day. Really good guys and detemined to treat people the right way. I recommend all you folks around the area if you need trustworthy mechanics give

Took my truck there on a buddies recommendation after the dealership charged me their pint of blood and my first born to not fix the issue. Thought it was going to be a brand new AC compressor but they were able to figure out the problem fast and much less than I was expecting. Would recommend anyone to go there if they have an issue.

I'm a female senior citizen (also a veteran) and I feel very comfortable doing business with Roger and Laura Kelley. They are honest and caring people. I took my 2008 Honda Civic there yesterday for a TX state inspection, oil change, and brake work. The price was good and the workmanship excellent. I plan to do business with them again. I highly recommend FANS Automotive.

From the moment my clutch gave out on my WRX and it came to a stop right beside Fans Automotive I didn’t quite know what to expect other than I’m extremely thankful it was this shop. I was immediately greeted by the owner Mr. Kelley who was extremely kind and just a joy to talk to. He and a very kind officer helped to push my car into the shop after hours. There was another employee who also helped. Overall I was just impressed by how they made a bad situation comfortable. He allowed me to make the decision to leave my car there free of charge until I can have a tow truck take it to another
