Dr Ruth and her entire staff are the best. Everyone is so kind and best of all you are in the hands of the most knowledgeable orthodontist in town. April is warm and friendly and the front office staff is great. I am the third person in my immediate family to be seen by Dr. Ruth and her staff and I’m fully confident that I’ll be well taken care of.

Amazing experience! Wonderful team. You can’t just walk into the clinic. They will first make sure that you don’t have any covid symptoms via intercom and then they will let you in. Right from the moment you step in, the clinic was full of positive vibes. When you enter, the murals on the walls were very welcoming. Ms. April was our nurse and coordinator, and she gave us a tour of the clinic and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I must say, she was very empathetic and answered all our queries with great detail. She even followed up with an email and phone call

Super professional and friendly staff. They made me and my 10 ur old daughter super comfortable. They were very knowledgeable. The place was a cool kid zone with the awesome gadgets and stuff. They have great options available. We did not have to wait much time at all for appointment. It was super clean and the entire staff wore masks. Overall if I choose to get braces, I would feel comfortable at Dr. Ruth's!!

I took my 13y old daughter here for braces consultation. The office is clean and welcoming. The staff is so warm, knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Ruth is attentive, easy to talk to and very informative. The braces themselves, at least for my daughter, are affordable. April was incredible on the front line. She was the first professional face to this amazing technologically advanced practice. The aesthetics, patient friendly, and customer service atmosphere put you at ease the moment you entered the door. Terribly rude staff. Particularly, the woman in charge of discussing finances. She made several snide, off color comments to me throughout the consultation. She even criticized the photos taken of me. Additionally, I felt an overtone of judgment surrounding my occupation. There's a fine line between small talk versus probing for information. The entire thing felt rushed and inattentive.

This dentist markets that she provides patients with an exceptional experience. This is not true. Due to overbooking they turned away my nephew who was running late because of traffic. When he arrived he checked and was made to sit for an hour before he was told that he would not be seen and could not reschedule. This is NOT an exceptional experience and the front office staff has shed a poor impression on the office management.
