I had a non-running vehicle that needed to be moved from Oklahoma City to Norman. The day of towing, they called me well in advance to confirm the correct address and to discuss what was happening. My driver was a pro at what he did, and was extremely friendly and nice. he got the car on the flatbed in five minutes, and got it off the flatbed in five minutes, even though the brakes were locked up. If I ever need a car moved again, this will be my first call.

My insurance chose this company for my roadside assistance request.
They did not call to say when they were coming. They did not call as requested to confirm the vehicle had been dropped off at a repair facility.
Two times when I called, they couldn’t even confirm if they were supposed to even pick up my vehicle.
This place’s customer service SUCKs.
I would push my vehicle before I let this place touch my truck again!

The 3rd party tow truck service was excellent!!! However, they charge almost triple the rate!!! Do not use this Company!!! Never!!!! Use a local company. This company charges hookup and service call and miles towed!!!It is a Ripoff!! Use someone else!! If I could give less than one star I would!!! Beware!!! You wont have to worry. I will never use this place again!!! This company should be Ashamed!! However, they have no Shame!! Whatever you do don't use this company!!

Complete scam. Google is complicit in this. False advertisement. The company is in Texas. They take your call then ,call a local tow truck company to do the job Adding an approximate 60% fee. Unbelievable. Google should be sued. Congress needs to begin policing these internet Criminal activities.

So this is just a 3rd party that calls a company nearby to get your vehicle. I called early morning and was estimated a 45 minute eta for my car pickup BUT 1 hour and 30 minutes later I call back to see where the driver could be but turns out the company never called a driver and now I’m waiting another 30-40 minutes as I run very late for work. Time is very important to me which is the reason for the poor review. Hope they would fix their communication skills with drivers to work for a better time estimation.

Sheridan Brothers provide Great service and care. Needed to get my wife's special Mini over for some work and couldn't drive it. The technician was extremely helpful and courteous and took great care of the car. They showed up on time and I would highly recommend Sheridan Bros for your towing needs.
